Did he? That's the attitude I like. You know the organization, the fans, the players, the area, and what not. Why not take a little less (getting tens of millions is life changing no matter how you slice it, so getting a few million more isn't life changing) to stay with the team that wanted you enough to draft you in the first place? Although, I will say, going to NY wouldn't be horrible. I'd go there over somewhere like Detroit or Los Angeles.

I think the Giants were speculation. And honestly, sometimes being on the team that drafted you is enough. Not every player wants to chase the money.

Nah, not really. $8M per year is pretty typical for a receiver in this ever rising market. Someone like Pryor is still looking at $10-$11M per year. And with Alshon's injuries, not sure he goes for as high as he wants. PFT is reporting that deal for Britt is what the Browns would have offered Pryor.

And that's precisely why teams will quickly flock to corners in the first two rounds. There's a very strong chance that we see Lattimore, Wilson, Jones, Humphrey, Conley, White, Tankersley, Moreou, and Jackson are all off the board by the time the Ravens pick. I would not want to miss out on any of them.

Well, I think it fits what BB wants (he wants long press corners that can challenge releases off the LoS), but for that type of money, I'm inclined to think Butler will go elsewhere.

When you stack 32 players up, I'm not sure he cracks the top 32, honestly, but I don't think he's outside the top 45.

I don't know. I don't think Brown is as good as some make him out to be because he has size limitations against larger receivers that I suppose Gilmore can help mask, but between the two, I'd personally still take Brown. I don't know, just weird. I just don't understand it because I bet Sheard isn't back (BB seems to dislike him) and Long won't be back, so that leaves Flowers and....? Like, they gutted the entire front seven for what reason?

Have to wonder what it means for Malcolm Brown next year. I'm just really confused as to what BB is thinking. He's not going to re-sign Long, he got rid of Jones and Collins to be able to pay Hightower, Hightower is likely to walk, and now he's shelling out massive coin for a FA corner when he's got one going into FA next year. I really wonder what NE is thinking.

I'd be shocked by this. Robinson isn't viewed as a first round talent and with the incredible top end talent of corner, teams are going to fly to them quickly, meaning the Ravens will need one early. Plus, pass rusher is going to dry up very quickly.

No, not really. I'd say while Zuttah isn't the best, they're right on par with each other lately.
