  1. I think Robinson is very much not a priority because he projects as a guard and the Ravens need a tackle.
  2. I don't know if he was ever viewed that high by the media. Always seen him in that 20-25 range, but that's just the media. If he's viewed in that range by teams, that's a lot of playoff teams who can maybe afford to wait. I bet he goes in the first.
  3. @Ozzsome Jaguars give... Aaron Colvin (-0.5 for Jags, +0.5 for Titans) Round 5 (37) Round 6 (26) Round 7 (24) Titans give... DE Derrick Morgan (+6.0 for Jaguars, -5.0 for Titans)
  4. Okay, well, there is a such thing as quoting for agreement... But in any case, I don't think this drops Jones all that far. If he's going to be ready early in the season, this isn't a back breaking injury. It'll just be a question of how soon can he be ready?
  5. You have to consider a very WR needed team just allowed Wright to just walk. He was extremely fazed out and had one season of good production. Apparently he was a freelancer and didn't like to stay within the structure of the offense.
  6. Going to be honest, Marlon Humphrey is the one name I think the Ravens will target. Matt Miller very frequently singles him out as a name that is being talked about by the Ravens dating back to the Senior Bowl.
  7. Kendall Wright to the Bears for 1yr/$4M.
  8. The real question to ask is where does this put him for the regular season? He's about six months out from the regular season. If he's able to start the season, it won't affect his draft stock at all. If he'll be held out for any part of the season, he'll drop.
  9. I think someone on the Seahawks forum (one of their beat writers) had mentioned the Seahawks liked him as a first round talent if not for his age.
  10. Know the worst part about this injury? It was the LAST drill of the day.
  11. I keep seeing this corner draft as being referred to as deep and I'd disagree. I'd describe it as incredibly top heavy where teams are going to hit it early and often very hard. I think it'll be similar to the receivers in 2014. Once you hit the early third, it's going to start drying up. I think it'd be a massive mistake for the Ravens to pass on a veteran corner because they may be able to grab one in the draft.
  12. Still waiting on Claiborne and I'll be happy.
  13. I suppose that means the end of Watson.
  14. I'm in agreement with @rmw10 on this one that Pryor probably saw a lot of mediocre talents going for what he just got and figured if he can show last year was no fluke, he could get $10M+ next year after a one year deal.
  15. That's actually the number I figured the Ravens were waiting for... Damn, that hurts a little, but I suppose if the Ravens nab one of Davis or Williams in the draft, I won't be upset.
  16. Really disappointed to hear this, but I guess teams are very much in a wait and see mode to see if he can repeat his numbers with any form of consistency. Risky business to pay a player who switched in the NFL, I guess.
  17. He actually started more games in '14 than '15 and has been a regular contributor for three years now. I'd hardly say the Cardinals have had a consistently good pass rush for Jefferson's career in the desert. And I'd also say he's not totally surrounded by help in the secondary. I really don't understand knocking this move.
  18. They weren't last year, but they have been horrible more often than not during Jefferson's career and the only real corner help he's had consistently is Peterson and Peterson had a very huge down year not too long ago (2015?), so we talk about him getting all this help, but it was really only last year.
  19. That was just last year...
  20. I'd imagine you just keep the cap hit low in year one on Pryor since Wallace is only here one more year, anyway.
  21. He's looking for $10M per year and I bet the Ravens would want that more at like $8M per year.
  22. Matt Miller mentioned this signing as one of his top five or six favorite moves in the NFL from the early free agency moves.
  23. Although, to be fair, in watching Wagner's rookie season, while there were positives, to think he could have anything near the type of season he did in 2014 after watching 2013 is asinine. I think the Ravens coaching staff played a MASSIVE role in his development and ability to even get to the point that he's making $48M in FA.
  24. Very surprised Amukamara is only getting a one year deal.
  25. The majority of the top teams in the NFL in terms of points per game allowed also had a very strong run defense. A few exceptions were teams like KC or Denver that had an extremely good secondary that's pretty much in the upper echelon of the league by a good bit. On the flip side, most of the teams that were extremely poor against the run were also extremely poor in terms of points allowed. Stopping the run is still really relevant in today's NFL.
