Would take Razor Reddick at 16 in a blink. If Foster isn't available. He and Mosley could form the best ilb tandem ever to play. Only thing that rattles QBs as much as a dominant rush is physical LB's that can cover as well as a safety. And guard spaces LB's are not supposed to be playing at. Anybody like this idea?

I'm with you depending on who is left on the board

Ya lattimore is gone in this cenario and it was really a toss up between Wilson and Jones. Jones just has more fan experience and seems more refined. I wasn't sure where wormley was pegged but I didn't know he was ranked that high. I thought he was a 3rd rounder all day, I picked him 4th cause I figured there Wil be some players who fall since this is a deep draft

It's pretty safe to pencil Wormley as a top 50 pick.

Burfict may have very little emotional IQ, but he does possess a very high football IQ. He recognizes plays in a hurry and is there to make the play. He went undrafted due to character concerns but is a baller by any measure.

And one of the worst combines of all time.

jabrill peppers is not one of the best 16 players in the draft in my opinion so the only way we land him is if we trade back maybe 10 picks or so

i like juju later in the 2nd but it would be hard to pass on some of the guys who will be there near 48 or even at the same spot you got juju at

donta foreman is nice but he's exactly the type of rb we have already - decosta and harbs have both suggested that the type of rbs they are looking at are people who can take it to the house with the speed to burn teams - i would like foreman but i dont think he's value and i think his stock will be lower on our big board because of the logjam of good players at the position already

devonte fields will not be a raven - DV issues instantly take him off the board rather than a potential late round steal - he can go to some other team with his DV history but he's not playing here

i like the jon toth pick as a potential developmental guy there in the 7th though

We don't have anyone like Foreman at all. The guy played at 250 lbs last season. My NFL comparison for Foreman is a healthy Jonathan Stewart. Just an unbelievable rare mix of power and acceleration.

  7. Sidney Jones is a great player, but I'm definitely not taking him if Lattimore or Wilson is still on the board. If they are both gone, I'll take that pick. Wormley in the 4th round is a pipe dream amoung pipe dreams. He is a borderline 1st rounder who a lot teams are reportedly really high on. Ardarius Stewart is also way too low. He got a second round grade from the advisory committee and remind me of a Landry or an OBJ (will go higher than his stats indicate). Hendrickson is flying up draft boards. He'll probably be viewed as a fringe day 2 prospect that more likely goes 4th round. I'm not sold on Reeves-Maybin due to his height and injury history. I think he goes undrafted. Really like the King and Eiflien picks, also very reasonable slots for those two.  All in all, like the first three picks, the rest is incredibly unrealistic.

I thought we had it last year, given BWill and Jerrigan inside with Urban and Suggs playing DE. ZSmith on one side with Mosley in the middle and we just need that other LB spot solidified. Figured with Judon, and than drafting KC we had it, with a lot of horses, to spell guys. Next year? Dunno. In 2015 we played 68% of snaps in the nickel with a basic 4 man front. Haven't seen the stats for 2016 yet.

Z Smith would def be a DE in a 4-3 scheme like he was at Kentucky. 4-3 OLB are trending to be like SS/Lb hybrids so they can have improved pass coverage. We don't really have any players that match that description. We could probably have KC play some backer in 4-3. Judon would be a DE and Urban would be more likely a DT in a true 4-3. Our 4 man front is usually just Suggs walks up to the line. It's really still a 3-4.

I get what your saying.... Kind of.  I loved the potential of Jack and I'm OK with passing on him, but for a guy like KC that didn't show anything in his first year (not that Jack did) is just disappointing.  I can't remember what Spence's character concerns were, but at least we have Judon

Spence got kicked out of Ohio State for failing drug test for ecstasy and weed.

Amen. The bottom line is KC was drafted because of his unique abilities. Abilities being wasted. Pees schemes are very bland and vanilla. X player fits x spot. He cannot adjust on the fly. He never has, even with NE. We'll see what happens next year as I think he gets many more reps splitting time with Judon and others, but I think he's gonna wind up a pretty good 2nd Rd pick.

This is one "let's bash Pees" train I will get on. i think Pees has done a good job, but KC is a guy that could definitely benefit by being a hybrid player and lining up in a lot of different positions. I don't think Pees is anywhere near creative enough to get the most out of KC.
