I watched a lot of flim on Gilmore and yes he might become a good TE.  I just wish he was faster, I don't think he will be able to get open with nfl level players

He will block and truck people, while Pitta is faster and more finesse.

They're different player anyway.  His athletic potential is too high to ignore in UDFA.  A guy like that has no clout and can't be a corrupting influence in the locker room.  It's like Da'Rick Rogers last year.

Rodger didn't have half the problems Lyerla has.

I would like Lyerla as a UDFA.  With the leadership in our locker room he could become a great asset.  I am not a big fan of Gilmore. 

Watch Gilmore, I think he is a great future #2 to Pitta.

The knock on Brandon is his inconsistancy and small hands and Richardson was his lack of lateral movement and also, small hands.

Richardson wouldn't have fell this far without something truly career-ending terrible about his knees. Coleman is just a huge wr that has catching inconstiencty

I think Gino could stick around. He has potential as a LG and a C. He might just need to develop. I don't think this indicates his end.

Shippley and reid cut then. We have invested more in Gino and we felt he was a better player last year.

Typically 1 techs don't rush the passer as much as the 3 tech in a 4-3. I hope we go more 4-3 though

Depends. Neither is a "passrusher", they are more of pocket collapsers for the ends. I think our plan to go 4-3 if all but announced.

I was jsut saying guys we've got in the draft and UDFA. In general, but Jernigan is decent there. Jernigan and Williams may not do it much cuz they may be playing nose

Jernigan would excel as a 1 tech nose in a 4-3, and with Mosley, Smith, and Brown, you gotta question if we switch to a 4-3. I think Dum and Sugs produce better at DE at this stage in there careers. Look for canty and cody to cut.

I'd rather cut Reid and Shippley. Gino might be done, too.

With Jensen as well, some combo of Reid, Shippley, and Gino are gone.
