  1. Willing to move down from 27 depending on the offer
  2. Malcolm Mitchell had just another old rookie season, a nice little role carved out and had about 400 yards receiving. Reggie Wayne was one of the best WR to ever play. Try again.
  3. Does anyone actually think that Malcolm Mitchell is going to be comparable to a surefire HOF receiver besides delusional Pats fans?
  4. I don't understand why anyone would give Torrey that money after his SF years, but then I saw Kenny Britt's deal and thought, you know, that's not that bad for the Eagles. Then I saw Robert Wood's deal and just laughed.
  5. Forgot about the tattoos at OSU, but it says a lot about a guy to be willing to put as much work into a position change as he did. Guess I should have put hard working instead of high character. That's more what I meant. I think Jeffrey would be the type to slack after a big payday.
  6. Injury might be a concern, but with that talent, sign me up anyday
  7. I second this. High character guy that's still developing and getting better everyday>the possibly better guy with character issue and a couple down years
  8. I sincerely doubt that. Getting Claibourne means that we get a talented corner and can actually take BPA. If we see a corner we really like, we'll still take him. We'd still have almost 0 corner depth.
  9. He really improved and played like a top level corner this past year.
  10. I'd definitely take Tomlinson in the third. I'm pretty high on him. Remember though, we have to replace that NT spot and Jernigan and Henry simply don't have the body type to play there. If Davis develops and we draft a guy mid rounds, I'll fell good enough. We have Pierce, thank god.
  11. 100% for this for the right price. He played very well this year.
  12. They need someone with speed in their secondary. Hogan is probably their fastest guy rn and He's 4.5 40 type. A burner would be deadly for NE
  13. I'm still absolutely shocked he didn't get drafted. He was a star for OU from his freshman year on.
  14. Free agency is still happening. It's not like Ozzie is going to call it quits after the Jefferson deal.
  15. Robert Woods deal easily the worst so far. Most Rams thing I've ever seen to pay him and Tavon like they are top tier WRs...
  16. It wouldn't be wasting if we determined that they were the BPA. Teams like the Saints like to run 3 safeties and Weddle is aging: we have to get his replacement at some time. Now at least we don't have to immediately reach on a secondary player.
  17. And this DT draft is very weak.
  18. It's probably a pipe dream, but I hope we at least inquired about Melvin Ingram. He would be a godsend.
  19. For me; Risers: Obi Melifonwu: absolutely destroyed the combine. He's going to go top 20 now in my book. His tape is very good as well. He's not just athlete, he's a football player. Kevin King: His 40 and 3 cone drill were incredibly good for his size. Could move into the Thursday night conservation John Ross: breaking 40 records helps, but he's not Darius Heyward-Bey. Looks like a better verison of Brendin Cooks to me. Myles Garret: His vertical was higher than Odell's. He ran a 4.6 40 at 270 lbs. Garrett somehow boosted his stock despite already the consensus #1 Gareon Conley: He should go Round 1 now Jordan Willis: up there for best combines Fallers: Reuben Foster:Getting sent home definitely doesn't help his stock, but he's still going to get drafted before us Jalen Tabor: Looked slow and stiff Rasul Douglas: really slow 40 (which is actually a problem for CBs) Davon Godchaux: ran slow and pulled his hamstring Charles Harris: really underperformed, pretty bad 3 cone time and broad Garrett Sickles: 4.90 40, 8'9' broad, and 28 inch vert. Those are really bad numbers for a 4-3 DE.
  20. Huge fan of this mock. 10/10, would be ecstatic if it turned out like this. As an avid big 12 watcher, Willis really turned my head. I knew he was a very techincally sound player and pretty athletic, but he turned in as fine a combine performance as anyone. Also love to see Tanzel and Tulane gets some love. My only concern with Awuzie is his OSU game tape, but I understand there probably wasn't a better QB/WR combo (outside maybe Dede and Baker) than Washington and Rudolph and he was playing through injury.
  21. That comparison holds pretty well in my book. Goldens been a very productive NFL player, so I think Tak has major potential.
  22. I'd 100% take him over Harris and Charlton isn't going past New Orleans.
  23. I'm pretty sad to see the forum go. I was pretty heavily involved the last couple years (well maybe not so much 2016). Its been an excellent place to meet fellow fans and have great discussions. Can't help but be surprised to see it go with all the traffic it gets.
  24. If we cut Pitta (spoiler, we probably will) that would leave us with Gilmore, WIlliams, Boyle, and Waller at TE. I really like all those guy, but Gilmore and WIlliams are injury prone, Boyle already has a drug suspension under his belt, and Waller might no even make the final roster. It sucks because I love this TE class, but you are right: we just are logjammed already. OJ, David Njoku, Bucky Hodges, Evan Ingram, Jake Butt man those guys are really talented. If by some miracle Evan Ingram is on the board in the late second, I'd say trade up for him, because he'd immediate replace the slot hybrid we'd lose by getting rid of Pitta.
  25. I agree that Trubisky and Watson are really overhyped, but I think Hue Jackson would be able to mold Kizer really well if he doesn't have to be rushed to start. Kizer still should go second round, lower expectation would be a ton better for his development. I personally think Mahomes is going to end up being a really good QB. The Saints should take him in the second. Mahomes with 2 or so years behind Brees + Sean Payton will great a very, very good player.
