  1. Was desperately trying to trade up for Caleb Brantley. First round talent in my book, but I think this shows he really has a large range he could fall.
  2. Odd that they would have Butt over Howard at TE, because while Butt isn't a bad blocker, he's really not anything to write home about either in that regard. Howard is a much better blocker than Butt.
  3. If anyone coming up soon wants to trade down, talk to me.
  4. I disagree that it is a steep drop off after Davis. Drop off yes, he is insanely talented and if he was just a little bigger and didn't have injury concerns, he'd be a first round lock. However, there are one or two other ILBs I like a lot.
  5. I got some first round talents still on my board. Man, this draft is really deep. On that note, really looking to trade up. Contact me if interested.
  6. I'm looking to trade my 3rd round pick (27 overall in the third) to move up into the early third. Contact me with a price range if interested.
  7. With Adams off the board, I'm not really seeing any other DTs I'm in love with. A lot of talk about weak QB and OT groups, but DT is really bad this year outside Adams, since McDowell and another player I like, but who hasn't been take yet are more like 3-4 ends
  8. Confirmed, also using the special trade/cut rule on Bailey
  9. I agree but since both Gregory and Lawrence can't stay on the field, they have a very weak pass rush in addition to secondary problems. Their interior DL and LBs aren't bad and they have an absurdly high powered offense, but that's going to take a while to fix.
  10. I remember when people laughed about Travis Frederick. Jerry is laughing at them now.
  11. The Cowboys have an absolutely awful front seven (which they have also lost players from this offseason), but had a solid secondary, Now their 4 starters are all gone, leaving them just with Byron Jones and Scandrick as the only secondary players with any sort of meaningful experience.
  12. He's like our boards version of Emmitt Smith
  13. You forget that Jerry Hughes flamed out of Indy, and that personally, Sergio Kindle was one of the best players I've seen play for the University of Texas. He was going to be a beast if he didn't get hurt like that. Broncos got Tebow out of that deal, so it ended up still being better for us, even if we only netted Pitta.
  14. Robert Woods, Matt Kalil, Russell Okung, Mike Glennon (particularly because no other team offered him more than $10 million per year), Malcolm Smith, Juice, Marcus Cooper, Kenny Stills to name some terrible deals
  15. Mods have popped me before for cursing with special letters to avoid the typical protocol, so don't be surprised to see your post deleted.
  16. Plus Lewis played LT in college
  17. Neither one plays LT, so I'm going to have to slightly disagree. Ricky Wagner might be one of the best RTs in the game, but I'd still rank most starting LTs above him.
  18. This offseason has been full of "you have to be kidding me!" contracts and (sadly?) paying Claibourne $7.5 million per year would be no where near the worst contract hand out, maybe not even top 10 worst.
  19. Realistic, we haven't gotten peak market value out of Joe's contract, but he hasn't gone full Cutler either. He needs to play better, but it's not all on him. That being said, if we lower are exceptions to the point were Joe is posting average stats for maybe the early 2000s/90s, what was the point of even paying him? Yes, Joe does better with an active run game, but why give him big bucks in the first place if you expect him to play like Alex Smith?
  20. I guess Mosley wasn't a true 3-4 ILB when he played all those years for Bama either...
  21. Totally agree, he needs develop for a year to really succeed IMO. Chargers, Saints, Chiefs, and Vikings (depending on how they feel about Teddy Bridgewater could all be solid locations to go, as they have QBs that could bridge.
  22. I wouldn't have taken Mitchell top 10 for sure, but I still think he is the only first round worthy QB in this class and I think his value probably best served around the 13-25 range.
  23. I cant wait for @BALTIMOREFLACCO to show up mid 5th round
  24. The OSU secondary the last couple years has been nuts. Had two guys get drafted and one go undrafted last year and make a team. Two of those guys ended up becoming starters and playing really well. This year they could have (as evidenced here) three secondary players go in the first round alone, two of which didn't even start for the 2015 team.
  25. I'm a huge fan of Conley as well. I'd bet in real life that he has a shot of going even higher than where you took him.
