Speaking of the Pack, it's interesting to see that even the best QB in the game can't get it done without a decent run game, good wide receivers, and decent playcalling. Or at least 2 of the 3. On the other hand, you can stick a terrible Matt Cassel on a Patriots team, and he'll thrive.

 

Please get Flacco some weapons and a decent OC.

I don't know the qb coach on the team but I just have this feeling he isn't doing a good job.  I don't care for trestmen it took me weeks to fake myself into thinking he was the best man for the job.

Just fire Harbaugh already, and stop acting like he's a good coach, you know he's not your just ACTING like he is.

Watching the lions win against the Packers makes me think we are on the way to the #1 pick, but really the lions beat the packers is more suprsing than us losing to the Jags.  I saw saw that coming all week

This is something I am enjoying reading today, great to hear some of these stories from other fans around the country.

Since I was born the same year the team was created I cant say I was a fan from the start but now I call it the best birthday gift ever.  I became a fan since the first day I got my hat.  My uncle and I were just doing some fun stuff together and we went to some store I can't remember and he bought me a hat.  It was a basic black baseball cap with some purple bird with a capital B on the front and the word Ravens on the back strap.  It was a cool hat even though I was so little I had trouble saying the word Ravens.  I stayed a Ravens fan even though I had no idea what what the Baltimore ravens were but whatever they were I was with them, which hast changed to this day.  Not being a fan of electronics which also hasn't changed much to this day I didn't really follow the ravens online, that is until 2012.  I still can't explain it but I really started watching the ravens as much as I could that year and after they won the superbowl I became even more obsessed, long story short I found this website signed up and became a member and now check this website everyday I can

Things I don't want to see:

1. Aiken getting sent deep

2. Lewis on Brown

3. Forsett running at all

I could list other things like "the defense not sucking" but that's inevitable.

I was waffling on this one because Ben is out, but you make some compelling arguments.

 

Plus the Ravens managed to lose to Charlie Batch and they had a much better team back then.

 

If Ben is seriously injured, the AFCN just went from last year's three horse race to one of the worst divisions in the NFL.

 

I never thought he stood a chance of playing that game, but now I know not to get too hopeful before the bye week.

 

There's a chance that it might not be any worse than this game. The Ravens always roll over for the Bengals, but they show up for Pittsburgh.

 

I think it will be worse than normal, but the defense might not have a significantly worse showing. After all, is Brown much better than Green? I don't think so, but even if he is he will have an inferior qb throwing to him. Bell is going to be ugly though. I fully expect more running due to Ben's injury so that 28 game (or whatever) record is going down.

I was liking the idea of more of a decoy type thing for him just to open things up underneath, I dont want to see Kamar Akien as our teams deep threat

If you didn't hear Perriman aggravated is knee in pregame warmups so chances of playing vs Pitt just went down.

Now I agree that Pees needs to go and while their at it throw out Trestman but my question to everyone is who would we get to replace them right now only 3 weeks into the season?

who is out their to replace trestman because he cant do anything.  I don't know who the quartback coach is but they really screwed up Joe

On the bright side of all this we are turning into the underdogs again, and that usually turns out well for us

Still we play 5 to 8 yards off of wide outs.... Pees isn't good, our pass rush was terrible. Did we get a sack?

Im glad Kyle Jusczyk was in the game and getting involved. He offers more than just blocking and I hope to see him on the field alot this season
