Players. Ray was a vocal leader. Neither were coaches.

Now lets remember that John.H has done nothing with out Ray Lewis and Ed Reed. they were the head coach of that team for almost two decade.. John walk in to a well coach team. and that the really coach have left. lets she what he does.

Ray and Ed were special players. HOFers. But to imply that John deserves no credit for his first 5 years as the Ravens HC, simply because those 2 were on the roster, is nonsense. They were players. Harbaugh was the coach.
