    As it stands we're projected to have around 13 mil in cap space next year. Cutting Webb will get it to 16 million, and cutting Pitta gets it to $17 million. The team is so young that we're projected to have tons of cap space without having Flacco restructure. Because the cap is projected to be at $150,000,000 which would not surprise me at all. Forsett being cut(which we should. I think he's a product of a good oline) makes it 19 million.

    Cutting Chris Canty then gets it to $21 Million. Now I think we retain

    Yanda. He'll retire here. Has a few more great seasons left.

    Upshaw. A LB who's great vs the run and allows us to keep people fresh if we draft/sign a pass rusher? Yes Please.

    Jensen(good depth RFA)

    Aiken(RFA)

    Brown(RFA)

    Tucker(kicker so cheaper).

    So that'll probably give us roughly $10 to play with for FA before Flacco restructures his contract.

    Cutting Webb does nothing for this team but make it worse. CB's don't grow on trees unless you want another scrub, and if we get one it will be in the draft. Forsett isn't even costing much, and our line sucks right now. No back would be good behind it. The run blocking looks nothing like Kubiak's scheme. Glad you don't work for the Ravens.

    Motivate the team? We're just not that good. There's only so much you can do with this team. We lost Owen Daniels and Torrey Smith. Jimmy Smith comes back from a bad injury with nearly a year away from football and some people expect him to play like a pro bowler right away. Even last year we got fat off of bad teams and an easy schedule.

     

    No new coach is going to solve our problems at WR and CB for us. This just leads me to believe that some of us fans are spoiled. Marvin Lewis hasn't won a playoff game yet and he's still around. I tempered my expectations when I saw how bad we were in preseason.

    The ugly is the defense especially the secondary, plain and simple.

     

    Ozzie Newsome dropped the ball on getting talent and Dean Pees coaching skills are suspect, because he can't quite seem to coach up the players that he has on the roster.

     

    Flacco and the offense are putting up the necessary points to win games. Especially in the last two games. 33 and 24 points should be enough to win most games. People who are consistently blaming Flacco come off as trolls.

    Mosley scored one of those TDs.
