I think the one thing that worries me is being confident to a fault. I really share with Omerta's sentiment, however we see this is really 3 years in a row now where Ozzie has been confident in a certain position group even though it wasn't that strong to begin with and was one injury away from real trouble: 2013 O-line, 2014 Secondary, this years WRs. The issue is you see a lot of these big splash free agents not live up to their contracts, so making a huge splash isn't always the answer either. I would just like to see a little more proactivity when there is a clear position group that is likely to struggle. Now he fixed the o-line a year later, hes somewhat fixed the secondary a year later, so hopefully the WRs gets fixed next year; but I don't like fixing problems the year after they occur I want proactive plans to at least reduce issues the year they may arise. Even with Perriman, again he would be a rookie asked to do a lot and was (is) one injury away from not playing.
