  1. Hey, finally watched game not at home and with other fans - 4 - at Westshore Pizza on West Bay in Belleair Bluffs. Small bar but lots of TVS. Food is the focus, and no liquor - just beer and wine - worked for us. The policy is first come first served in terms of what sound is on. Close captioning for other games. Watched 1/2 there yesterday and it was fun. Small crowd, but has potential. Only one couple who were steelers' fans so that was a plus :)

Plan on watching 4:30 game there next Sunday if you are around.

  2. You are right down the street from us (Seminole). We hang out at Crabby Bills a whole bunch which is even closer to you. That said, I watch our games mostly on Sunday Ticket on Direct TV.

Ive been to The Brass Monkey in Pass A Grille quite a few times but yes, its a hike. Especially if you like to drink during games (given)

I do have a regular bar that will isolate the sound for me but its still a hike to St Pete. Not many choices Im afraid.

That said, its always great to meet Ravens fans so perhaps we can meet out for a game or just a drink at some point. Theres other Ravens fans around, although they are few and far between here, lol

Hubby loves Crabby Bills in Indian Rocks Beach (I like 4th St. Beach so it works). We are usually there on a Saturday, but occasionally during the week. Will try and PM you through the site later (watching game and I don't multitask well when watching) to see if we can meetup there soon. Yes, I think we are doomed to watch at home. Works well today as O's playing Rays so we'll be glued to both TVs.

  3. Bumping this topic up, I hope. Living outside Clearwater, FL (Belleair Bluffs) since Jan 2013. Hubby (BoltonBob from O's Hangout forums) and I are still searching for a place to hang with other Ravens fans. Checked out a place in Passe Grille (St. Pete Beach), but it's inconvenient for us - parking is a nighmare - although by reputation it's the best Maryland hangout for 50 miles. We've been to plenty of local sports bars but they never put on the sound, Steelers fans are the largest group (I must admit that's been fun for me since we won the SuperBowl). I BLEED purple and always set up my personal fan zone (bobbleheads, beads, Ravens beer glasses and cozies, etc.) on the bar but without other fans it is boring and frankly lonely. So, anyone nearer to us who wants to hook up for the games? Will drive to Tampa if the place has plentiful parking and fans.
