I just died a little inside. At the very least he could be decent enough to ask for a trade to the Blazers or Clippers.
Thanks, but no thanks. However, I'll be more than happy to trade for that guy who plays for Cleveland. You know, the guy who wears #23. I think he played for Miami too. Can't remember his name....
Rondo to the Mavs
Dallas getting rondo just isn't fair
You're telling me........ Sheesh the West just can't get any deeper now.
Speaking of the West, I'm hearing the Celtics is in trade talks with the Mavs for Rondo. I treat the Rondo rumors like the potential fight for Pacquiao vs. Mayweather: I'll believe it when it officially happens.
WOW! What a shot by Timmy!
Great game going on.... Playoffs will be epic this year
At least in the West......
I see them coming in at 5 or 6 but yeah, that'd be one of the most brutal playoff groups ever. Good luck to anyone predicting it.
OKC will make playoffs easily... What seed they end up at is tough guess..
No way top 4 of west can keep this pace up
With Robin Lopez out for 6-7 weeks, it wouldn't surprise me if my Blazers started to free fall out of the #4 seed and OKC eventually taking the lead in our division.
You know those times you want to fire a Head Coach but you really shouldn't because there isn't a better option? I believe Chicago has learned it's lesson. Marc Trestman is likely to be fired at the end of the season. What's interesting though is will they fire the man whose decision it was to hire Trestman in the first place?
That man being General Manager Phil Emery. Considering how Emery screwed up giving Cutler an undeserving "elite" contract. Also you know what may have been the second biggest blunder made by Emery? Choosing Trestman over Bruce Arians, who is doing mighty fine in Arizona.
If Trestman is fired, then so should Emery.

Agreed. Add Mel Tucker (defensive coordinator) to that list.
News out of the AFC East......
Joe Philbin could be out in Miami as the Miami Herald reports that today felt like the end for Philbin. It felt like it should be over and quite frankly it could be true. We know Stephen Ross was interested in Jim Harbaugh but Harbaugh wanted to stay in the Bay Area, so maybe the Dolphins go after Jim in a possible trade?

Now THAT'S interesting. I still see Harbaugh going to Oakland though.
Nice game from him. I need to see more though......
Spike is done with TNA. Destination America is now broadcasting iMPACT! Wrestling. And, that is part of a problem, as Destination America does not reach as many TV households as Spike does. Although, word is that Destination America is looking to set-up a partnership with Netflix to show iMPACT! on their streaming service; however, that's not for certain, yet.
Thanks. I'll look more into it. But what was the reason why Spike was done with TNA?
Does anyone here think TNA will do any better when it goes to Destination America?
I welcome your responses.
Not sure. The product is better than WWE that's for sure. For those who have DirecTV, will it change channels or will it stay on Spike TV?
While I'm still bitter over our loss to the Bulls, I can't help but give credit to the Warriors. They're off to a hotter start than our hot start last year.
I agree with the aforementioned posts about Muschamp vs. Kiffin. Can't wait until next season.
My young boys are having fun in the first half tonight. Fast breaks, three pointers, alley oops, this is the closest most of these guys will get to an all star game atmosphere for at least a few years. Gotta keep it up and get another "W". Soon, we may actually be out of the league basement.
While we have our hands full with the Bulls.
I could be wrong (in fact, I'm almost certainly wrong), but I was under the impression that those games were at least partly organised by the schools themselves.
That's what I was thinking. I thought it had to give these unknown schools exposure and perhaps that would help them financially (Idk).
Baylor: "We beat a top-15 team [now unranked], a top ten team [now 11], and a top five team [now six]." He didn't mention Buffalo, the worst team in FBS (SMU), and the FCS school.
Honestly, who makes these schedules??
It's great when that happens. The Magic didn't play today, so my focus was more on the weekend - and with two Magic wins, a Newcastle United (Premier League) win and the Ravens, that's the collection of results you want to savour because you know they don't come around often.
Crazy how one or two things going your way like that can change your outlook for the day or even the week though.
Exactly! I enjoy it when my two teams win because it hardly happens. When they win, everything else is great.
Ravens win + Blazers win =

I agree. There should be some criteria that is known ahead of time by all that qualifies a team for the playoffs, just like every other sport.
Yep. It just doesn't make sense that the Noles are #4 yet they're undefeated. Of course, they don't win pretty, but a win is a win. They should have stayed at #1.
How long did it take to finally get a four-team playoff? And now people are ready for a change before it even happens for the first time. I'd say don't hold your breath, but if a conference like the Big 12 gets shut out this year and that becomes a trend, they could make a serious push for alterations sooner rather than later.
What I meant by "down the road" is a few years not necessarily next year. Not saying I want a 8-team, but I'm just talking about the inevitable reactions after the committee reveals the bracket. Personally, I wanted a playoff system, but maybe not in this fashion.
So this will be interesting to see who's in and who's out. Does Ohio State get in after shellacking Wisconsin like that? If so, who's out? FSU? That'll be a travesty. TCU? Hmm, well they did destroy Iowa St. Not sure how much the committee will take that in consideration. Bama and Oregon are locks.
Wouldn't surprise me down the road if the College Playoff system expands to 8 teams.
Plus with Snyder/Allen babying RGMe, whose going to want to coach the team. They will be this year's Browns where coaches will turn down interviews and they end up settling for the one who is willing to coach under those circumstances.
I have already been doing homework on the Redskins for our off-season GM game and Snyder wouldn't like me since I plan on trading RGMe.
Perhaps Snyder should just trade RGThatwasSo3YearsAgo.
Wow this is the worst one I've ever seen! Poor girl performing just ran off crying!!!
Edit: Absoulety horrible and disapointing. I didn't even pay and I want my money back. Cassidy wasn't doing good at all. Judging by round 1, he got lucky. Battle rappers save their best for last so who know how it would of finished. Sad for my boy though
Oh boy..... I'll wait until it comes on Youtube if it hasn't already.
So anyone listen to any good Podcasts as of late lol. Cm Punk ripped the WWE good about their doctor not wanting to remove his staph infection and even misdiagnosed it as a fatty acid. If that wasn't bad enough, Triple H apparently over nighted his termination papers and he received them on his wedding day!.
Apparently it made Triple H and Steph upset about what Punk said and they put him on the 'Do Not Call List'. Yet Vince apologized to Punk and said he would like to work with Punk in the future.
Sheesh! And now Punk's with the UFC?!?! Wow. Did anyone listen to the podcast with Stone Cold and Vince?
I can already tell you what's going to happen there. Winston will give up some stupid turnovers in the first half and GT will lead by something like 21-7 or 21-3 at the break, at which point FSU will switch it on and rally to a 31-28 win.
If I had a bit more money spare I'd be wagering on the half-time/full-time double. Shame I needed a new car battery instead.
Same story, different week.

Lol. I think it's him, though I'm not too sure.
