Yeah considering Wright was inactive for most games Jimmy Smith was playing in unless another corner was injured. He was used primarily as only a Jimmy Smith band aid.

Don't get me wrong, I like Biscotti says that he doesn't fire people for the sake of it, but I totally didn't understand how he could say Wright > Jimmy. Not saying we would've beaten DAL, but clearly we missed Jimmy in that game. Wright got abused by Dez plain and simple.

It's funny listening to Stephen A Smith sit there and ask how Mitch Trubisky could go ahead of Watson. Like he thinks teams soley base scouting on winning a National Title Game and the other QB didn't win a National Title.

Media hype is insane with the draft. Guess he'll be saying how much of a steal he will be for some team when scouts do their job and don't grade him out to be a first round pick.

Seriously, who would listen to Stephen A. Smith on draft prospects? That's a joke in itself.

Best defense in college football gave up 21 in the 4th.  Fire Dean Pees...

    2016 Ravens-esque right there.

i am maybe the biggest supporter of this idea.

flacco needs multiple receivers who are equally dependable for their own reasons, putting one guy out there who he considers his security blanket seems to really hurt his game. if pitta leaves then he can no longer get tunnel vision and dump it off to him instantly when he sees his first option covered, it forces him to check his 2nd and 3rd options, which he is capable of doing as weve seen him do it very well before when all of his receivers were performing decent.

In the OAK/HOU game, I remember seeing a graphic showing Osweiler's stats when he throws it to Hopkins which were pretty bad (more INTS than TDs kind of bad) and when he throws to any weapon not named Hopkins which were considerably better. DET is another example even though they ended the season on a bad note.

For the longest time, I've always been a supporter of getting Flacco a stud WR who we can truly say he's a legit #1. However, I've soured on the idea for the reasons you pointed out. Obviously, I would like a possession WR, but I hope we can get said WR in the draft.

Steelers are now labeled as "primed to make a Super Bowl run" by NFL.com.

Steep for a team with 2 playoff wins in 5 years.

Wins against a AJ McCarron-led Bengals team and a Matt Moore-led Dolphins team.

But then again, the Steelers are one of the media's darling so it doesn't surprise me anymore.

The media WILL NOT let him or that crew that went with him to Miami....on their "off day" forget it though.

The moment I saw they went to Miami, I knew for a fact that they would underperform. They ain't pissed off for greatness!

Buck's and Aikman's voices sounds alike to me.

I agree. It's so crazy how identical they sound like when you mute your TV.
