    Based on what we've seen and depending on what happens in our last four regular season games (and hopefully any playoff game), do we keep Jim Caldwell as OC? If not, any candidates do we look at?

      I think the ravens should keep jim Caldwell as offensive coordinator and then giving him and joe more offensive weapons either through the draft or free agency also get a quarterback coach because im sure it isn't easy for jim to coach the quarterbacks and come offensive schemes for his play book

      I say keep Jim. I think the anemic O this season can't really be blamed on him. Poor O-line performance, losing key players to cap space, Pitta's injury......not his fault. I think he has done as well as any OC could given the tools he's had to work with.
