Last year we had someone whose first and second picks were Jordan Matthews and Robert Mathis (that pick came shortly after his PED-related suspension was announced, if memory serves) and he got kicked soon after. The last round is usually good for a few antics, but the novelty of certain picks does wear thin early on.

Yes. The point of this game is to take it seriously as every move directly affects all of the others. If we find that a member is consciously tanking, he won't be around for long.
