  1. Somehow, someway hope the Ravens get Spence or Floyd. Pass rusher is a huge need.
  2. I think it'll be Buckner. Tunsil, Bosa, Ramsey going 3, 4, 5. Jack has the knee issue so likely not in consideration. Would rather Ravens go Spence or Floyd, even at 6 but Buckner will be BPA in Ozzie's opinion so he'll be the pick. Hope I'm wrong.
  3. Who says you can't buy W's? Ravens bought Watson, Weddle, Wallace. Hoping that means Ravens have just bought the W's that matter - WINS!
  4. Cam had some overthrows but it was dropped passes that killed Carolina's offense rhythm, especially Cotchery. If he has no drops Carolina gets more points early and the complexion of the game changes. Organized chaos won't happen with this Ravens defense. The personnel are just not there and Pees is there, case closed. Agree the draft should be defense oriented. If Bosa is there at 6, no brainer. If he isn't, take Spence. It doesn't matter he is projected later in the draft. Take him. It is what the defense needs. Also, don't be cute and trade back to a spot where you think you can still get him plus pick up an extra pick later on. That's fools play and risking what this defense needs, an impact pass rusher. Suggs sand Doom are both slowing way down. A young stud is needed.
  5. "Not that far off the Broncos"? Literally Baltimore is miles away from Denver in distance and figuratively the Ravens are miles away from the Broncos in talent. At any position, offense or defense, what Raven would crack Denver's starting 22? On defense, maybe B. Williams and that's it. On offense, Yanda and Osemele. Flacco at QB, probably. This demonstrates a huge talent gap between the two teams. Also, Baltimore's aggregate record over the past 3 years is below .500. Simply put, the Ravens are a below average team with minimal talent while Denver are SB champs oozing with talent. That gap is drastic. It will be years before the talent gap is narrowed, but it will be interesting to watch the Ravens hopefully develop again into bonafide SB contenders.
  6. Is the feature still not available today, Wedneday? Or, is it just me? I don't see them.
  7. Anyone figure out how to read and post on the full site?
  8. Been a Ravens fan, Steelers hater forever. However I've developed a strong appreciation for the offense they've been able to build over the past few years. Big Ben, Brown, Bryant, Bell & Williams. It is an exciting and efficient offense to watch. I wish the Ravens could get close to that explosiveness. Yes, I know we beat them twice this year and they've had their down games but so have the Ravens, many more actually.
  9. Exactly, and if Perriman is permanent damaged goods, Ravens are back to SSS and Aiken as 1 & 2 which is average compared to the better teams' 1s & 2s and still leaves the team without top end speed and vertical threat. The team desperately needs that kind of playmaker.
  10. What a hideous look? Maybe an effort to distract the opposition? Whose idea was this? Definitely puts the UG in UGLY.
  11. Can't play for FGs!!!
  12. Wow, that was special! Clay!
  13. It is beyond belief that a professional football team has to practice being fast in the two minute drill. That is learned in pee wee football, go fast, spike the ball. This shouldn't be an issue for an NFL team although the Ravens under Harbaugh have displayed a lack of urgency.
  14. This is just a bad, bad football team. The coaching is bad. The players are bad. Coach says players are TRYING to go fast! You don't TRY to go fast. You either go fast or you don't. The players decided not to do so and Harbs defends them. SMH. Harbs TOs and challenges horrendous yet he defends the decisions. Doesn't matter though if he admitted mistakes anyway as it wouldn't make the team any better. Flacco, man, he's playing worse than his rookie year. The team is just about the worse in the NFL. How did the Ravens get here? Don't use injuries as an excuse. There are teams with backup and journeymen QBs playing far better than the Ravens. The lack of urgency has finally permeated throughout the entire team, coaches and players. All that is left to find out is what urgency will Bisciotti have once this disastrous season is over.
  15. I am a Flacco guy. With that said it is easy to see this year he has not been clutch at all. It doesn't matter how many points the offense gets or that the defense can't close a game. If Joe had directed the offense on final possessions to another TD or TD instead of FG the Ravens record would be better. Joe just doesn't have the dagger in the heart instinct to seal or win games this year. BTW I did neg you since you asked for it
  16. Comedy of errors by both coaches and Flacco and it was Vick not Big Ben, but it is a win. Who knows what happens next with Cleveland.
  17. 1st down and game is over.
  18. Another Flacco opportunity to lead the team to a win. Does he do it?
  19. Game is over. We'll get the ball with <30 seconds down 10.
  20. Now Camp joins the comedy club. SMH.
  21. Steelers score here could be a dagger. Stop 'em D.
