Speed kills and we lack both on offense and defense. Per Bleacher Report the Ravens are slowest team in the NFL. We don't have a shut down corner yet we pay Jimmy Smith as if he was one. Injuries, salary cap, poor draftpicks and there you have the 2015 Ravens. FO is responsible for poor salary cap management and the draftpicks.

The Ravens haven't played well all year going back to Preseason. I was embarrassed losing to Washington at Home but little did I know our season would be over at week 6. Losing to Cleveland last week was an all time low. We got nothing. Tryouts for 2016 starts this week. Will see if we have foundation to build on? Makes me sick. Look at what Matt Ryan has - Julio Jones, a power running back Devonta Freeman and what do we have? Not much. We have NO stars. Zilcho, Zero. We need a high pick in the draft and it needs to Count this time.

NFL.com has us as one of the teams to "Stick a Fork in them". Yes, I do believe we are done as far as this year is concerned. Let's just hope the FO can do a better job drafting in 2016? Too many picks have been wasted the last few years and that's the problem this year it is catching up to us. Matt Elam bust, Arthur Brown bust, Cody-bust, Sergio Kindle- bust but who could have predicted that one? Perriman & Williams haven't really contributed this year but too early to declare them busts. Just makes you want throw up the way season has played out.

We are paying Joe like a top 10 QB and PFF ranks him 26th. He is the worst QB in the league during the 4th quarter. What's up with that? Sorry, I just expected more this year. He is an 8 year veteran and this is the 2nd year in this Offense.

I'm not one of the ones calling for Pees to be fired. It is what it is. I personally think our guys aren't that talented. Who has the "It" factor? CJ Mosley was the 1st first rounder to play like a first rounder in years. Took Jimmy Smith 3 years to play like a 1st rounder. We have been picking late but still other teams seem to be better judges of talent than we have been lately. Now if that's on Oz or DeCosta or poor scouting they need to fix it. Don't get me wrong I love those guys but it is what it is. I can still Love the team and wonder what were they thinking when they made some of their choices. I'm a loyal fan and will not abandon ship just because we're losing. I believe we have a foundation just not all the right pieces and we have mismanaged the salary cap situation over paying for under performers. My opinion only. I'm only on this site for anger management helps me deal with the defeats.

Talk is cheap let's see it on the field. I drank the kool-aid and couldn't wait for the season to start. Wasn't real happy going 1-3 in preseason and losing to the Redskins embarrassingly at Home but still had hope. Hope is gone. If the season ended today we would have #3 pick overall in the 2016 draft. Just think of that possibility although we haven't drafted well in the last few years and it's coming back to haunt us. Too many misses and that's not including this year's draft Perriman hasn't played a down and our 4th Rounder is playing better 2nd Rounder. Really? I have experienced worse as a season ticket holder for the Colts in their final days but it was a whole lot worse not having a team at all. So this too will pass and we will pick ourselves up and go on.

This is what happens when your draft picks for the last 4 years are a majority busts- Matt Elam, Arthur Brown, Cody, Kindle. Even our 1st & 2nd round picks this year haven't been able to contribute. Poke us with a fork because we are done for this year. All that remains to be seen is where we will pick for the 2016 draft.

Allegedly we were supposed to be one of the best conditioned teams. Laughable now but what gives with all these injuries? They need to reexamine what their doing because it's not working.

Give it up already. They suck plain and simple. They sucked in preseason and it continues on. No, we obviously don't have the personnel or the men to lead. We got nothing. Absolutely NOTHING! We need to check the people judging talent because they aren't doing such a hot job either.

The Offense died in portions of the game and the Defense allowed them to come back and take the lead. The Offense did not keep scoring when they had too. How many 3-outs? Please the defense sucks but Flacco sure isn't doing his part either. To be fair he really doesn't have the quality receivers and has never had the quality receivers. Makes you wonder if he can ever lead us to another Super Bowl without Ray Lewis and Ed Reed?

We are all just a little shell shocked. The team hasn't been this bad in awhile even 2013 might be a better year when all is said and done. Missing on draft picks hasn't helped and is coming back to haunt us. I fear it may get worse before it gets better.

We should be getting a sweet deal on Flacco because he surely isn't worth what we are paying him. Cut Monroe and get some cap relief too. Tryouts for the 2016 season starts next week. Let's clean house and rebuild.

No more trading draft picks. That's the season there folks. We are what our record says we are 1-4 and the sole possession of last place in the division. Pretty sad and pretty pathetic all at once.

Amazing how the Seattle Seahawks have 24 Undrafted players on their 53 man roster and we can't find any WR's?

I like Waller! Hoping for big things from him. Gotta high ceiling. That size and speed we can use. Only been playing WR for a couple years. Coach him up and let's see what he can do. Wait till next year after getting stronger in the program!

Flacco bites again. This ones on Joe. He gave them 14 points on his turnovers. Just disgusted my hopes were dashed again. I could look forward to the 2016 draft but have lost in their ability to draft players.

Oh my God!

Joe's an 8 year veteran QB and a Super Bowl MVP if he can't lead this offense to better production or build a rapport with his receivers then it's time for him to go play tennis. This is the NFL and he is one of 32 men in the world with that privilege. He's getting paid as an elite QB it's time for him to rise up and play like it. Tired of him lobbing the ball and not hitting wide open targets other than Steve Smith.

Joe's not playing well either. How many throws has he missed? Wide open targets too. Not all on the receivers if the QB can't throw the ball how are they supposed to catch it? Deja Vu all over again with the Offensive slow starts and Joe needs to be accountable for his poor play. He makes more money than anyone else on this team and he certainly should play better than he has.

Really just comes down to poor draft picks the last few years. They have been mostly busts and haven't contributed at all. I think out of the 2012-2013 we had 18 draft picks. Of that number 4 are starters and 8 are on the roster but have never played. Gotta do a better job and that is all on Oz.

I'm not laughing about our situation but I have been around long enough to know the Patriots sucked at one time too. Maybe not in the Belichick Era but it will come back to them eventually. I am patient and will wait. Our team just plain sucks this year not going any where any time soon. Now we have other owners laughing at us how cute?

The problem is poor draft choices over the last few years. Yes we struck gold with CJ Mosley but considering we have been picking towards the end of the draft the last few years most of the picks have been busts. We have over paid and had underperformances from our free agents and it is all coming home to roost.

What is common denominator for Offense slow start which has gone on for years? Cam Cameron lost his job over it. I'm pretty sure it is our elite quarterback Joe Flacco. Still over throwing and under throwing receivers. Not sure even if he had a #1 receiver he could hit them. The argument has been Joe has never had the quality receivers that others have enjoyed but would he know how to use them if he did?

Even when Perriman comes back is it really going to matter? Can Joe even get him the ball? What has happened to his mechanics?
