I see Osemele is in the playoffs with the Raiders, another gift from the Ravens to the league. I wonder which team will Brandon Williams be playing with next season? Certainly not the Ravens. As far as the playoffs it really makes no difference.

Not a Jimmy Smith fan, dont think he would have made a difference in the defense and its decline. That and he cant be counted on anyway,.

Dalvin Cook is a game breaker who could be there at 16. The Ravens should draft him,he is a proven back with speed and power.

this is all on Harbaugh, playoffs or bust. The Ravens finally hit on a first round pick , Stanley is a future Ogden.

Dixon has a higher upside than West.

would the Ravens draft Fournette or Cook if they slide to 16? West and Dixon can do the job if they are given the chance and stay healthy. But a Fournette in the backfield would make running the ball a must.

Harbaugh has the ball in his court, win or loose no one to point fingers at but himself.

after a few days of thinking about this is a good move, keeping the coordinators. Continuity is the main thing. But its got to be a playoff or bust season.

the Ravens should take Tim Williams if he is there. He is a beast. All the 7 (with the possible acception of Suggs) are expendable.

Gosh this is just amazing that there's so many talented, young, fresh offensive minds out there in college yet we stick the the same old boring stuff year after year, I couldn't tell you one play to where I was like "dang that's a nice lil wrinkle right there" or "man what a nicely designed play" Smh not a good start to the year!

Well no changes. We can officially put the upcoming season on Harbaughs head. These are his people, absolutely no excuses.

first off we need to get rid of Joe Flacco for saying that, Flacco only good at being a family man. He does not care if we win or loose, you can see that from his body language. I don't blame him I blame the FO for giving him that big contract and now we have to deal with it like the NO Saints.

People forget that Harbaugh came the same offseason that we drafted Flacco & Ray Rice. Ray Rice who was the sole reason for us even being in the playoffs. Which I still cannot forgive Ozzie Newsome and Steve Biscotti for. I mean, these guys literally played God by choosing to not give Rice a second chance. But thats another topic. Regardless, all this team needed was a good QB and we got that with Flacco, and also got a beam of light with Ray Rice. Ray Lewis was already the vocal leader, heart & soul, and coach of this team. Harbaugh was just a guy filling in the hole of "Head Coach". Get harbaugh outta here, but do not just bring in any guy. We either need Ray Lewis as HC or an old school, hard nosed, smash mouth football kind of Head Coach. In all serious, if I were Ozzie I would get on the phone and see if Ray is interested in a coaching position.

I cant agree more with everything you said. We need a hard nose leader for a Head Coach. I also believe Eric Decosta is influencing the draft these last several years and the draft has been mediocre. A few years ago i read were Ozzie was grooming Eric for his job and was giving him more duties.Seems far to often we bring in key players via free agency and if they are liked by JH and play his way they stay but any voice and they are gone Ie Pollard,Q,Cory Graham,cary williams heck we even let Ed Reed leave the building i could go on and i know some really good players left for more money but seems like if you dont play Jh rules they let you go.

agree, i wonder if Harbaugh has one of those Marvin Lewis contracts, where you can lose as much as you want as long as the owner likes you.

Looks like no changes , the question is will Harbaugh still have his job when we are having this same discussion next year? No playoffs again.

He is gone, a good player but he can be replaced (Chris Moore).

He will be back, not a big market for fullbacks. He will be the ONLY one to resign.

this teams culture has to be changed. It has too many "potential" stars and not enough choice. Changes have to be made if we are going to get to the playoffs next year.

One of the worst , if not the worst move the Ravens have made was signing Flacco.
