Suggs put the whole season and offseason in perspective.

This is going to be a big offseason for this organization. It will determine whether we turn into the Browns, Jaguars or Lions. First of all i would not be that disappointed if Harbaugh were fired tomorrow. He is a good guy but his voice is lost with these players.

i hear he will be gone after Sunday, good move. Now find an OC who wants to run the ball consistently and not try to build Flaccos stats.

another player with potential, i would like to see the Ravens get a game breaker like Mike Williams or DeDe Westbrook in the draft.

I want to see what happens with this teams coaching staff, personnel, during the offseason , not really worried whether we win or lose Sunday. I appreciate how Suggs and Weddle feel, however

there is no sense in firing Harbaugh this year, theres no one else out there. But changes will have to made on the staff and personnel evaluation. This is the most crucial off season in years , give Harbaugh 1 more year. If we are here next season out of the playoffs it should be a no brainer he is gone.

Big offseason is coming we are going to find out if the Ravens are going to be doormat for the Steelers or whether they are going to make the right coaching and personnel moves. Harbaugh should go, if it means being bad for a year or two so be it. When that teams is built hope fully the new regime will have the sense to sign the right players and resign their own players while they are in the their prime. Hopefully a decision is made quickly. Next weekends game means nothing but draft position .

This might mean he is retiring, i hope so, he has had a great career. Its time we groomed a young receiver and resign him when he gets good.

Harbaugh needs to be looked at closely as well as the whole organization. This is going to be a very crucial offseason, it may mean starting all over but it looks like this organization as it is now has run its course

Everyone in the "media" has this game as a walkover for the Steelers. Even though the Ravens beat them earlier in the year.

we will be headed home this time next week. This team wont run the ball even when its working. Harbaugh needs to go along with his coaching staff. Flacco is not untouchable, no way they win in Pittsburgh next week, they wont stick with whats working.

If Ryan Matthews can do this to us what will Bell do next Sunday. Not a good thought for Ravens fans.

A good reason why Harbaugh and Flacco should be looked at carefully. Running the ball successfully and then make a call like that. No excuse.

the Ravens secondary is not that good with Smith, better than last year, but still not that good. Dont be surprised if Wentz get well this weekend.

Smith is about to make his annual visit to the IR. They just have not announed it yet. Gilmore might be good if he could stay healthylike a lot of the team.
