Yes! well said.
Nope....not feeling it and the thread is ridiculous.

I didn't see an offense, all I saw was slow intercept Joe playing catch with Pitta the entire game. Shameful!!!
2 hours ago, Hardbaugh said:The Ravens are 29-29 with Joe Flacco as a starter since he signed for the big money. I hate to say I told you so..... I'd rather be stating the masses were correct. I complained when they gave him that money that he's average, a game manager and to be frank I believe he has some ascending to do to get back to game manager.
The guy has tons of work to do on his game to get average .
I hope the Ravens swallow the pill and draft his successor this draft or next at the latest at the very least it will light a fire . Joe needs to compete for his job just like every other player on the team. Hopefully we see a real competition, sooner the better.
Excellent point and I have said the same exact thing for years. Just think, in four years since signing his massive contract slow intercept Joe has thrown 60 interceptions, 23 fumbles, 79 touchdowns and has made a # of terrible bone head decisions. QB competition, would be welcome sight.
38 minutes ago, HazDaGeneral said:The ravens got duped into that contract.....me personally I would of let him walked cause now they are stuck with him cause they cant trade him with that cap hit and for sure cant release him so good job ravens smh
Duped indeed. The fact he is being paid like a HOF QB is unbelievable and shameful!!!
Congratulations Steve Smith! The man has a lot heart. Truly, he played like a "RAVENS".

I can't wait. If they cut him today, I celebrate tomorrow.

Because that's his job!

And sometimes, less than that!

Agree. The Ravens are more than just Flacco and his sidekick Pitta.
Another bone head decision by slow Joe!!!

Oh, what a shame, Flacco trip over his own man and it's Hurst fault. LOL!
1 minute ago, Grapple Raven said:You'd think the way Flacco is using Pitta more today that it would be Pitta retiring instead of SSS.
Agree!

Its even sadder how the offense has under-perform all year.
1 minute ago, mc_red23 said:Not sure why Flacco aimed for Pitta on 2nd down, West was wide open for a short gain.
He's trying to make sure the Ravens don"t cut Pitta Post June 1. Slow will feed Pitta the ball today.
Single factor, I don't know however, I do know Flacco's poor play and awful decision making coupled w/ his multiple interceptions played a huge role in the Ravens missing the playoffs. A very uneventful, crappy season and I suspect with Flacco as QB next year will be more of the same for he hasn't shown us much to suggest otherwise. He needs to perfect his craft or get out of the league.

I have a better idea. Let him play the entire game. Why rest him at all? It's not like he did a whole lot throughout the season. As I recalled, he played somewhat well for 2 games out of 15. If he wasn't benched for his poor below average performances then let's not sit him now thereby giving him another unearned pay day. Let him at least try to work for his pay like most Americans do.
A meaningless game. The Bengals are not even at full strength. Nothing here to be excited about. If we win it, so be it.

I agree. The less money you have to tie up in your slow average / below average quarterback, the more money you have to spend on other positions. He is too needy and sub par to demand such high pay. Nothing more than greed at best!!!

I agree!!!
Now, let's get a stop.
1 minute ago, ravensdfan said:Yes it is the defenses fault. No tired excuse. They came into the 4th with a 2 score lead. The offense certainly didn't allow those 2 TDs.
They didn't put up any points neither. Goes both ways.
Pathetic. 3 and out.
No Travon! Oh....

I agree. Let's hope he does it! It would behoove Flacco to do so!
