First time Joe actually willing to do the right thing and start something early to improve his flaws.

If your in the dumps, you got to put in the work.

One of the very rare occassion where flacco is actually doing something right.

I agree.  Let's hope he does it!  It would behoove Flacco to do so!

The Ravens are 29-29 with Joe Flacco as a starter since he signed for the big money. I hate to say I told you so..... I'd rather be stating the masses were correct.  I complained when they gave him that money that he's average, a game manager and to be frank I believe he has some ascending to do to get back to game manager.

The guy has tons of work to do on his game to get average .

I hope the Ravens swallow the pill and draft his successor this draft or next at the latest at the very least it will light a fire . Joe needs to compete for his job just like every other player on the team. Hopefully we see a real competition, sooner the better.

Excellent point and I have said the same exact thing for years.  Just think, in four years since signing his massive contract slow intercept Joe has thrown 60 interceptions, 23 fumbles, 79 touchdowns and has made a # of terrible bone head decisions.  QB competition, would be welcome sight.

  3. Single factor, I don't know however, I do know Flacco's poor play and awful decision making coupled w/ his multiple interceptions played a huge role in the Ravens missing the playoffs.  A very uneventful, crappy season and I suspect with Flacco as QB next year will be more of the same for he hasn't shown us much to suggest otherwise.  He needs to perfect his craft or get out of the league.

Ah he did. Let him play just one drive then then sit em.

I have a better idea.  Let him play the entire game.  Why rest him at all?  It's not like he did a whole lot throughout the season.  As I recalled, he played somewhat well for 2 games out of 15.   If he wasn't benched for his poor below average performances then let's not sit him now thereby giving him another unearned pay day.  Let him at least try to work for his pay like most Americans do.
