I think Monroe is more of a priority than Pitta.  Tight ends are a dime a dozen in this year draft.

The front office will sign dennis pitta we saw his contribution to this team . WE need targets Joe has a chemistry with  like other successful qb's in this league. He's not going anywhere .

 Pitta is awesome!  I hope they keep him.  Hopefully, he will signed a nice deal. 

I agree and I even mentioned it in a previous post. I hope Caldwell stays as a QB coach at least because there has been noticeable improvement in Flacco's picket awareness since he came to town.

I think Caldwell was dealt a bad hand (the worst offensive assistant is NO DOUBT Castillo), but he seems to be in over his head as an OC. But I definitely don't think he should take all the blame, nor do I think he should be canned completely.

What has Caldwell done to show that he should keep the job? He doesn't even have his own playbook. Harp on Joe all you want but last I checked we're the first offense to finish with below 3.0 ypc on the season since 1994. That's a total offensive failure. By every measure this is the worst offense we've had in a very long time. Flacco, Rice, whatever, players need to make plays. But if you're telling me thag EVERYONE on offense just happened to regress majorly at the same time...I have a bridge to sell you.

I feel like some of you are actually afraid that we'll be successful with a change. Why else would there be such animosity at the mere suggestion?

You may want to hold on to that bridge you’re trying to sell me……. 

I’m not absolving the offense of anything; there is plenty of blame on that side of the football to include coaches and players.  Caldwell may not have been the best OC in Ravens history but he most certainly isn’t the worst.    If we can get a new OC, let’s do it but I would also like to see Caldwell stay on as Joe’s quarterback coach or in another capacity.  Throwing him under the bus after one bad season is not the answer.

LOL, you guys are hilarious!  One bad season and you’re calling for Caldwell job yet very hypocritical of those calling for Joe’s job.   I too would like to see a more efficient exiting offense but not at the expense of other’s when players continued to make dumb decision on the field.   It doesn't make a different who you bring in at the end of the day ……it’s about player execution. Neg on!
