While there many other glaring needs than rb, if an amazing rb falls to us, we should grab him in a hurry. Look at dallas offense, they can run all they want and so their TOP is big which helps their D a lot. So, if our O can give the D lots of time and rest, we are good

Definitely better than last year. Man, i wish ravens D could tackle like seattle's. Every time i watch seattle's game, their players are just so good at shedding blocks and tackling properly.

I think if either fournette or cook falls to us, Ravens will sweep him up in a hurry. The o-line wasn't amazing but it still wasn't bad. Also, don't forget that alex lewis missed last 8 or so games due to injury so once he returns, the line should be: Stanley, Lewis, Zuttah, Yanda, Wagner (if he resigns). Zuttah should be the one we look to upgrade and the o-line will no longer be a weakness. A top rb will take off a lot of pressure on flacco which will help him a lot.

Pretty tough schedule if you ask me, at least going by this year.

The biggest knock i have on flacco is that he always seems to make boneheaded mistakes at a very critical time. Look at the eagles and jaguars games from this year as an example. This has happened every single year. Why can't he just throw the ball away if no one's open? Stop trying to force it into double or triple coverage and get intercepted. If he can cut down on these rookie mistakes, we would win many more games but it seems he never learns.

This offseason, the FO needs to look VERY CAREFULLY for an OC, whether it be marty or a new guy. We cannot screw it up because next year's OC needs to stay for at least 3 seasons, barring him taking a new job, to have consistency.

What you are saying is that joe isn't changing the plays. If that's the case, then doesn't it mean that marty is responsible for the lopsided pass-run ratio? I am not defending joe but i simply want to know why we are passing so much when the run game is working and the OC has a run-heavy mentality. Is harbaugh at fault here? Is he not letting marty have full control in calling plays? Or is it that marty is the problem?

I don't understand one thing. Marty is known for his run first offense yet why is our pass-run ration even worse than when trestman was with us. And it's not like our run game is bad. It's not amazing but it's definitely good, better than in the beginning of the year.

First eagles TD play i believe but he didn't have awareness. He kept pushing the guy but didn't turn around to look where the runner/ball was.

I mean honestly, what's the point? He keeps doing this season after season, and we keep criticizing him season after season but nothing's gonna change. I don't understand how he does not learn from his mistakes year after year. I have honestly given up on him elevating his play anymore. He is what he is, hot and cold very inconsistent.

And do you know why the top was in their favor and the D was tired? Because the Eagles kept running all over us every single drive. D was fresh in the beginning of almost all drives and got exhausted because they couldn't stop the run for the life of them.

Marty is not the answer for the OC. He is known for having a rush-heavy offense and yet suddenly, the pass-run ration is worse than it was when trestman was here. And it's not like the run game is not working. It's not amazing, but it does work. For some reason, i think the problem might be Harbaugh because how many OC's have gone through now? Why do they all keep failing(except kubiak)?

This team plain sucks. I don't have much hope of ravens making the playoffs if they keep playing like this. #1 defense lol. This defense was finally exposed for everyone to see. Was #1 because we played bad teams this year.., Joe keeps throwing boneheaded picks and people still defend him to death.

The bad completely outweighs the good this season and if you think otherwise, well i don't know what to tell you. But anyways, i will stop the discussion about flacco here because this is not the thread for it.

Flacco has been throwing bad passes all year and has been terrible. Those who condemn him over just 1 bad throw are trolls. This season, joe has been bad to say the least.

That was 1 throw. Please don't be ignorant. You are implying that that 1 throw redeems him for whole season.
