To answer your question about Vince opening the show, I would think HHH would open the show and talking about he is in charge and what all will change, and hopefully he'll take a sledge hammer and destroy the Raw GM's computer and fire him/her and says he will be in charge of Raw.

I think Summer Slam is way too soon for Punk to return, even if he did re-sign secretly. I mean they should let the angle run its course of where we go at least 2-3 months of Mysterio/Miz defending the title(hoping for Miz to win tonight) and Punk returns in October to set up a battle of who the real WWE champion is for Survivor Series. Or they could run a angle where Punk returns at the Rumble, wins it and says that he is not only the first straight edge Royal Rumble Winner but also the first WWE Champion to win the Rumble, leading to a True Champion Match at WM 28.
