  1. 1st - S Jalen Ramsey (generational talent plain and simple)

2nd - CB Kendall Fuller (injured but will be a steal like his brother)

3rd - DE Adolphus Washington (this is the guy getting blocked by 2 guys on every play)

4th - WR Rashard Higgins (playmaker but needs to bulk up)

5th - OLB Yannick Ngakoue (reminds me so much of a young T-Sizzle and a Maryland product)

  2. I sure hope so, this is something I have been wishing for for a few years now.  I see brady and manning with bunch formations throw those little 2-5 yard out routes (see brady to Welker 2012 AFC championship) that teams can never seem to stop. With campanaro the Ravens should be in prime position to run those. I also like all the motioning Trestman does before the snap I think it will definitely help to open up more receivers this year. I really liked what Flacco said when asked if the Ravens would throw more this year, he basically said we want to complete more passes, whether that leads to more attempts is a different question. Just increasing Flaccos completion percentage by 2 points could actually have huge ramifications in the long run

I hope Camp can become a Welker/Edelman-caliber player, give the Pats a taste of their own medicine with their crappy secondary. The bunch is also a way to expose the Seahawks LOB who are on our calendar this year. I'm so excited for that game.

  3. CJ looked a little more comfortable in coverage.  It's another one of those things where it's hard to tell how much exactly since the pads weren't on, but he looked fine to me.  I think that's something that'll become more evident in these next 2 games.

Bunch formations were something I noticed today.  I know on one they had Waller, Campanaro, and Boyle, which has to be difficult with the big bodies and then this quick little shifty guy.    I imagine that's something we'll use quite a bit.

Good to hear that CJ looks comfortable. Coverage was his only weakness last year and if he fixes that up, he's going to be up there next to Kuechly.

I was just curious about the formation cuz yesterday I saw a article quoting Suggs "Oh, look at this fancy [stuff]" and the bunch formations came to mind. Man, Waller and Boyle blocking for Camp with Yanda and Osemele charging down field would be a thing of beauty. I'm starting to really like the new looks in this offense. Just look at this play breakdown someone posted.

Edit: Imagine the 1s were blocking on this play. Taliaferro would've gone all like 40 yards.

PS I don't want to be stuck in the past but this offense would really suit Q since he liked to and was so good at blocking.

  4. I really hope Perriman returns on Monday so we can see him play next week. We aren't the only team dealing with an early injury to our 1st round WR. Devante Parker and Kevin White also sat out week 1 of preseason from being banged up.

Kevin White might be out for the season after shin surgery btw

  5. Tbh, I didn't see too much of Renner during my time at camp. I can say that Schaub looks really, really bad. He won't be cut because of his contract and experience, but at this point you can't get much worse than what I seen from Schaub. I'm honestly confused as to how a pro powler regressed so much. Just in all things in being a quarterback. I remember vividly Saturday that Schaub took the snap and immediately felt pressure and instead of using his footwork.. he like.. one-leg hopped forward into the pocket his back foot never came down and he threw the football with an extremely high baseball pitch release to his outlet receiver which may have been 5 yards out and the ball nosed first into the ground.

You can take that how you will, but that was an extreme face-palm moment for me.

I chuckled lol. Extreme face-palm indeed.
