How about Joe restructures and cuts his millions, $44mill with 15 rolling over into this next year... 24 mill next year too. For an 8-8 QB. Jimmy Smith 12 mill hit 2017 with 13 mill in 2018 for a CB who's not even a top 30 CB in the NFL. Only reason why i'd keep Doom with that 8 mill price tag is because it's his last year and if we wants a chance to get onto another team or even stay you gotta notch more then 3 sacks this season and with lingering injuries. kinda makes me think he was either planning on taking the injury and dipping out to another team or exactly whats going on in waiting out the year for a healthy contract year.

Keep Harbaugh and Flacco , we need a OC that flacco likes and I guess new blood in the defense because its either the defense goes for not trusting their DC or Pee's is gone because he allowed the defense to crumble in his hands multiple years in a row. With out a doubt we need JH as our HC for as long as he wants to be here.

Defense let them drive the last few minutes their heart was not in it this game maybe xmas made them lackadaisical no pass rush at all let him roll to the right all night.... Offense had no play makers other then SSsr (i feel for the homie). Flacco's contract is holding alot of people back from staying and making a better team. Be a Brady and let loose for some options.

What a GREAT loss! to a 3rd string qb I know we are starting one of our own but he has actual playing time yet we couldn't hold through the 1st half looked promising that we could contend. But yet again we see that we NEED a better Oline and our Cb's Safety's need to be upgraded drastically. We cannot pick up biltz's for the life of us and it is killing us in making bad decisions that wined ed to be interceptions.
