Yes, but there's a definite difference between needing a replacement down the line and not having a starting level QB now. The teams you mention all have legit starting QB's for the next season. Lol. Sam Bradford, Jay Cutler, and Nick Foles are all sub par, below average qb's. Teams have a low chance of winning a playoff game with those three.
