One of them will have to settle for AJ.

Or they could make the smart move and wait another year as 2015 is expected to be another stacked QB class.

AJ will most likely be drafted by a team in the mid rounds to be a backup.

All the QBs with Ms at the start of their names are very iffy. Murray's stock will fall a lot due to his injury. Fales and Thomas are bigger gambles than AJ.

AJ isn't a gamble at all, because we already know his ceiling, it's not very high

Thomas and Fales on the other hand have the tools to become solid QBs under the right circumstances, especially Thomas who has a ton of raw talent.

While Murray's stock could fall, that's not my point, he still has more potential.

There aren't any Lucks in this year's class. Would you rather have someone reliable like AJ or a wild child like Manziel. The best prospects will be off the table very quickly, snapped up by the likes of JAC & MIN.

Watkins had 7 catches for 93 yards but Boyd ultimately struggled going 19/27, 225 yards, 0 TDs and 2 INTS

 

Clowney just had 1 tackle (no sacks) but I did not watch the game to see if he applied pressure throughout the game

That was one of the funnier plays I've seen today.  The USC QB went through all that effort and completed the pass only to have his guy fumble it.

Not really how it works. Arm strength isnt something that can be greatly improved. I saw on Twitter, someone called McCarron a poor man's Matt Ryan. I think that us perfect. Good backup.

I must point out that you misspelled not one, but two of the QB's names. How do you know about Keenum though, he played in an extremely obscure school. Few people had seen him play in college.

I actually did because I was heavily scouting DJ Hayden after the raiders drafted him and was watching previous Houston game lol

It was no surprise he went undrafted, same with McGloin. They had their physical limits

It's their sheer heart and chip on their shoulders that led them to where they are today and their new updated ceilings

Keenam never had a bad arm. Neither did McGloin. Both were capable of making all the throws.

McCaron doesn't have an arm that's big enough to be fixed.

McGloin was actually considered to have just average arm strength coming in but now scouts agree he's above average in that area

We've seen plenty of AJ, and the scouts agrees, he's merely a glorified game manager on a team stacked with talent

He's projected to be a quality backup in the NFL

It's obvious that he's very talented. Anyone who denies it(upset USC fans) is clueless.

But it's getting to the point where Mariota(a guy who I think is more of a product of the talent around him than an actual good QB) is ranked higher by scouts.

I think he needs to develop more tbh. He's ready for the NFL, but could still improve
