  1. On some inside info for those who are wondering. Tim Duncan will not retire and said if he feels like he can still contribute, he'll keep on playing. He was very efficient during the playoffs, so he'll opt in the last year of his contract and probably retire next year. He has a better chance of catching Jordans 6 titles can Kobe does. Kawhi Leonard winning the finals MVP was probably bitter sweet for him due to him winning it on Fathers Days. His father taught him to work hard and work on always being better. His father ran a car wash and in January of 2008 was shot 10 times and was pronounced dead at the scene. Leonard was the first to know when he had told his mother that has dad was dead. CBS did a report on him when he was in his 2nd year in college. Sad story. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wAJh9CNbzx0
  2. I live in San Antonio and I've been a Spurs fan almost all my life for more than 20 years. Last years finals in game 6 was the most disappointing loss I've ever experience. Worse than the AFC championship game against NE and that's because the spurs were up 5 points with 28 seconds to go. This championship was probably the best one as far as basketball goes. The Ravens 2013 superbowl win still holds that crown as best overall lol. I went downtown and it was crazy. But the city of San Antonio does not riot like other cities do. People were stepping on each others shoes, jumping on cars and no one cared. Just high fives all around.
  3. Pfft, you kidding me? I'm a defensive guy and LOVE what we did in this draft. The people who wanted offense for our team are offensive minded and wanted either an explosive receiver or running back. the only problem was, the offensive line had to be addressed and people forgot how terrible the Ravens were at protecting Joe. That being said, they did well and the o-line is much improved from last year. The thought of A.Q shippley and Gino Gradkowski as our lineman for another year makes me shudder..
  4. Ah, I see. Another question is why did Reynolds fall so far? Whats the knock on this guy? Injury? Off field issues?
  5. I though the Ravens were done? I see its a pick from cleveland, who or what did they give up?
  6. Welp.. That'll do it for this years draft, it was fun. Some of the WR's might go undrafted so we'll see in the next coming days.
  7. I knew it.. They got a QB with their last pick. lol
  8. So CB or WR. What do you guys think the Ravens will take?
  9. A QB actually got a 50 this year, not sure about John though. Fun fact though, Joe Flacco scored a 27, while Suggs actually 31. lol
  10. I really like our draft so far.. Hope Reynolds or Brandon Coleman are picked, especially Coleman. Should hush a lot of the negative nancy's on the forum.
  11. John Urschel Draft Profile for those want to know more about him. http://www.nfl.com/draft/2014/profiles/john-urschel?id=2543845
  12. There's your lineman, Raven fans.. A zone blocker.
  13. Well said. The level of complaining is ridiculous.. There is a rant thread. Go whine over there.
  14. Well, it'll be awhile till the Ravens pick again. Plus some of these comments are just wow lol Getting some food. Hope Reynolds and Coleman are still there and are when the 5th pick comes, only to see the Ravens pick a QB. lmao
