Also mentioned was Jah Reid will compete with Wagner for RT spot.

They have high hopes for Wagner and it shows here. He is 5th rounder from last year and seems to be on his way up.

So, those who were saying Drafting RT in 1st round, guess what? Not gonna happen.

I believe Ravens will draft O-lineman, but RT spot got pushed on the back burner, maybe like 3rd or 4th or 5th round.

Our priority #1 is still our O-line. Don't be surprised to see if we draft one in #17.

My point was Its better to have solid backup plan, just in case 1st round draft pick doesn't pan out in 8 weeks of NFL. And Yes, I would be Ok if we take O-Lineman in 1st round. I prefer TE Ebron if he is still there at 17. But I admit taking good RT could help us as well.

LG spot is wide open, Shipley was there last time and was somewhat okay and Im not sure if Gino is any better. I like to see if Jensen or Wagner or Jah Reid can be a starter there. One of these guys have to step up and separate himself from others. Its going to be interesting Training Camp.

The guy everyone thought was drafted way too high and made us look stupid. Center for the Cowboys. Realistically, with Jerry making the moves, no one can blame almost everyone for thinking it was a bad pick.

Well, yeah, that guy did pretty good for rookie despite the fact Romo.was running for his life on most of the plays. And he was still over-reach because they could of.drafted him in 2nd round instead of 1st. Maybe Jerry forgot about his team also needed A DEFENSE, but anyways they got their plans and we got ours.

I agree to some degree. Look, if TE Ebron is still on the board at 17, you gotta take him. But if not, who would you take, BPA? I just got the feeling if Ozzie's man is not on the board, he will trade our 1st rounder for additional pick. He has history of that and I wouldn't second guessed him there.

Not every rookie you draft will turn into a starter, remember Sergio Kindle - Raven's 1st round pick few years ago? Or how about Payton Manning's Rookie year? Yeah, Payton looked pretty crappy and team went 4-12 that year. PLAYOFFS? WHAT PLAYOFFS?

Drafting RT is certainly good idea, but no Rookie will digest playbook and become a starter overnjght. Most likely be spending time on bench or Practice Squad for 8 weeks, at least. LG spot is wide open - for someone who is familiar.with system or NFL experience - Shipley, Wagner, Jensen, Reid or whoever, as long as they get the job done.

I'm fine with that because you don't win games base off great talent alone. The Eagles in 2011 and 2012 should be good example of that. I know for some fans it sucks that we haven't made the big free agent signings like Denver, New England and but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Thats not much of an O line. Wouldnt be scared if i was the opposing d-line. I feel we have too many holes and not enough star quality. We are an ok team, but roster/talent wise we are middle of the park

GG has no business in pro football. Huge draft gaffe just like Jah Reid. GG as stated by Pees "wouldnt start for most colleges" thats quite a statement. Then KO got hurt and Shipley couldnt play Center cause Reid was so awful. I will happy to never see GG and Shipley ever play à down a game.

I think thats going "little" overboard. Latt Birk stated Gino was "good player with growing pains". The question is How Much Pain Can Ravens Fans Take to watch him in the game? It may be more beneficial to all of us to keep him on bench as a backup.

Shipley is a Question Mark. When playing Center spot he was at times worst than Gino. But when he stepped in at LG he held his own, supprisingly. He wasn't great, but he was somewhat okay. But when you combine Gino and Shipley next to each other in the middle - terrible results. But I still say Shipley deserves a shot at LG starter spot.

I see some folks saying Tampa Bay O-Line sucked last year. Well, ours did too. Do we have any comparison stats, how did they ranked? I know Bucs had couple.games where our Ex-Raven 3rd string Bobby Rainey was over 100 yds rushing and 2TDs. Makes me wonder how "bad" their Line really was?

Yes and Yes. Zuttah is a legit starter. We moving KO to RT which makes LG wide open. So even if Gino somehow wins Center job, which is very doubtful, Zuttah could start at LG spot.

Zuttah starts at Center, Shipley takes.LG spot and Gino is on bench.

This signing upgrades O-Line without breaking the bank which makes it a beautifull thing. Kudos to Ozzie.

Yeah, I read it too, Zuttah was ranked 22nd Center by PPF. Report also said Zuttah ALLOWED ZERO SACKS IN 2013 SEASON. THAT'S INCREDIBLE! Being ranked 22nd and not allowed any sacks - Im not sure how the ranking works, but I sure Love The Zero Sacks Allowed.

How many Gino allowed last.year? Well, message is clear, there will be competition at Center in TC and Gino will have to step up big time or he will be sitting on bench.

I was born and raised in Baltimore but i've lived in Dover, Delaware for the past 5 years! I have been a Ravens fan since the begin! Can't find too many Ravens fans around here they are all Eagles or Redskins fan...BOO...Love my Ravens!!
