  1. i dont like him back their.....too valuable
  2. I think we need to create more TE packages for Crockett and Boyle. Those guys can ball and make some plays. Brown and Aiken just need to polish their route running. You have to sell the route which is what the best WO in the game does. Green, Juilo, Megatron, Dez, A.Brown.
  3. He's become one of my favorite players on our team
  4. I don't think it matter really to get them signed this year. If we have enough to sign them all, why not let it play out. They are at the top of the charts as far as getting paid so it's not like their playing for a high contract. In a sense their playing to lose that contract said to say.
  5. Sometimes it takes players longer to develop and if ravens have the space and time to allow him to do that why not? He has the skill and frame, he's just having a tough time with the mental aspect of the game. I wouldn't call him a bust just yet. He played better last week then I've seen him play so he is make strides to become more than what he is. We were saying the same thing about Jimmy and look what.
  6. Ngata can't take that type of attitude like we didn't want him. We've been trying to strike a deal for so long and the Ravens isn't going to pay a declining player. His level of play has peaked and we want to pay him for what he can do not what he's done. We didn't get rid of him because we didn't want him. We traded him because we couldn't afford him. That's two different scenarios. Of course we wanted to keep the big fellow but he was a expensive luxury. We don't have Miami money to throw at players.
  7. Don't want to sound like a jerk because I like TT but both the highlights I saw from the Ravens were scrabbling plays. If he starts, I don't see the Bills stacking up in the win column. TT always had the feet and throwing power. The problem was his decision making and accuracy. Things can change but I don't see him panning out to much longer.
  8. Cap is a beast. Question is how long he can stay on the field. I hope that yogo helped out with his hamstring injuries. I can see him as our WR3 coming out of the slot.
  9. I'm glad he has respect of our guys.
  10. I can understand giving him a different color jacket but another enshrinement just wouldn't make any sense to me.
  11. same thing i said....how does the ravens tip it all off? sounds like someone is basically saying the pats are guilty and their mad they were told on even though we were talking about hard kicking footballs.....i thought the NFL was a sport and not a soap opera? smh lol
  12. smart guy....uses his money well.....i need to talk to him about my finances sheesh
  13. Don't be harsh on Matt. Remember when everyone was harsh on Jimmy? Look what happened to him. Matt came back lighter, stronger and more focus than ever before. His head was screwed on right and he was ready to put in the work. Unfortunately he was hit with an injury. I say if he put in the hard work like he did during the off-season, he'll be back soon enough and capitalize off his opportunities.
  14. I need to get this guy jersey. I love him Daryl Smith man. Two really good, humble guys that will knock your head off when the lights come on. We sure know how to pick em
  15. Jimmy "Shutdown" Smith....that's his new name
  16. I think MADD MAXX would make more of an impact then Predator (no offense it works for him). Everyone forgot we're deep at WO and Butler and Kamar is making a serious case to start so we really don't need him to step up right away. Pitta is on the PUP, Crockett will start so we'll need that TE2, TE3 to step up and I see MADD MAXX taking some huge reps at least the first 6 or 7 games.
  17. awwww man. i wanted to buy tickets to see them play the hawks
  18. i think our TE's would be solid
  19. That wouldn't make any sense to do. Where would he line up because C.J isn't coming off that starting unit unless he wants to. How do you expect your players to grow if that don't get any gametime expereince. A vet can teach all he want but the younger guys need to be in the game to get experience. These are grown men and they do not need to be babied in a grown mans game. If the rookies are putting in work to get on the field, reward them with playing time. That's the purpose for preparation and practice right? So they can gain reps on the field. Our one vet is good enough to help the younger LB's. It's not like we have 52 LB's and we have other leaders, Suggs, Doom, Canty and other leaders on the team that can assist with character if that's what you're worried about. Suggs can easily play standing or lining up and letting upshaw take some snaps. We don't need any more LB's.
  20. no problem dude
  21. That ESPN guy is delusional. I would not take Cam, Stanford, Wilson (right now at least), Tann, or Ryan over Flacco. Flacco is a top 10 QB so they need to give credit where it's due. That 2012 defense was below the rankings we are use to seeing and Flacco out played Luck, Brady and Manning to win the SB. Give the guy some top 10 credit! If I hear someone mention Dalton over Flacco again, their football IQ will be questioned.
  22. If it was half and half meaning once out of bounds and another being a TO then yes. He only had 2 fumbles last year dude. http://www.baltimoreravens.com/team/roster/kyle-juszczyk/c4df3b1f-d35f-4a06-b8cf-7b9c4b64ab1d/
  23. What difference does it make if they're unproven (right now) or not? Is Aiken not proven? Is Marlon not proven? That's 3 receivers that could start and I would be happy about. Now you Camp, Butler and our draft picks. If we were going to sign another veteran WR i would think it would have been sooner rather than later. Like I said we're loaded at receiver right now. It wouldn't make any sense to bring in a vet with lingering concussion issues to take snaps away from younger guys that's putting in the work to get get snaps.
  24. Camp has to relax on that Lebron statement. That's disrespectful to MJ, Bird, Magic, Bull Russell, Kareem, Hakeem, Kobe.....guys whose level of play is far out of this world compared to Lebron. He mad be physically gifted but as far as talent, the guys I mentioned will school him in their prime...big time. However, I do hope we can work out a deal where we keep both KO and Yanda. I hope Yanda takes a deal to where its reasonable and he can retire a Raven. If it doesn't happen, I understand. I'm glad we draft/sign well.
