Cut him and keep Eugene who has problems staying on the field? Which in turn can cause K.O, another highly productive player to walk because we can't pay the man his money? That's insane! It's not all on Joe. Lets get that straight. Our offensive line was shaken up. Yanda and KO was the only consistent starter hence the reason why we need to do everything we can to retain KO. Even if that means reconstructing Monroe's contract because he's been very durable for us and he can move up and down the line. You can't let a quality player like that go and if history states anything, Ravens rarely let that happen. In order for Joe to utilize his mechanics, he needs protection and if he's not getting protected, he WILL throw off his back foot, sacked, throw INT, force passes and not see defenders sitting in throwing lanes.

Idk what people are talking about but his stats looks solid to me. The only difference is 10 tackles and 2 INT. He's top 15 in the league. His stats are better than Bobby Wagner but I bet you he's in the Pro Bowl and saying he had another stellar year. SMH

franchise tag tucker, resign k.o first.....upshaw can be resign for cheap.....he's not going to draw a big contract so he's not crucial....signing K.O is major and tagging Tucker keeps him next year which buy us more time to strike a deal during or after next season. reconstruct joe contract....bring in a couple more pieces and prep for the draft....wouldnt be surpirse if marlon and art brown is traded but art plays well on ST

What grade A talent did we had under Harbs? Last I check, we won the division what 1-2 times. We were a wildcard team with aging vets. We weren't grade A. Our def surly didn't win us a SB. Last I check, it was a QB that went 11-0 tieing Joe Montana's playoff TD/INT ration. It was the receivers?!?!?! WHO THREW THEM THE BALL?! EXTENDED DRIVES? LAUNCHING A SWEET PASS TO JJ FOR A TD?! I don't think you're a true fan lol. Our coaching turnover is not because of bad seasons, it's because our coaches are GOOD! Look at how many coaches left to be HC or OC or DC. Harbs is up their with Bellicheat with the most assistant coaches leaving. The org is corrupt?! If that's the case, why is Ozzie top 5 maybe 3 when recognizing GM's in the league? I do like that because he brings that attitude to our offense. My only problem is that we need to more production outside of SSS. I would hate to see him go down again because we're utilizing him WAY too much. He should be our chain mover next year and not the guy we throw 10 targets every week. Get that ball spread out and utilize the play action for a solid run game. We need that type of production to keep SSS healthy. Hell, we need better treatment so our guys won't continue to drop like flies. Look at Eugene. He was durable up until get got to Baltimore. We might need to change up treatment or the way we practice. Don't wont to turn our roster into the Chicago Bulls smh.

I think you reading to much into the performances. The pass/run ratio has not been balanced at all so of course all the QB's that played including Flacco could have had season high numbers. You do realize Joe is a SB winner/MVP and is one of the top QB's in the league when it comes to the playoffs right? In no way shape or form will their be a QB controversy. The QB's that played are playing for the 2nd string QB on the team, not a starting job. Our o-line has not played good in the beginning/middle of the season and our LT probably didn't play 5 full games if that. It's a lot that goes into a QB's success than just throwing the ball. We forget what Kubiack did which is why Flacco excelled like he did. Kubiack established the run and ran tons of PA plays which is Flacco's strong suit. We have not ran PA like we should have this year at all and I hope they recognize that and throw more of that into the playbook. I understand trestman has his plays but he has to make it friendly for the styles of each players. Flacco is a PA running, deep ball guy. You keep the defense honest that way and it allows him to sit in the pocket and throw darts. We've seen this happen last year. If we can get that going and get BP on the field, we should be fine.

It's completely different when you're watching the game at home on your couch than actually playing in the game at full speed. Yes I get that players need to be aware of stuff like that but the NFL does not make it easier for the defense at all. The league has become an offensive league, mainly for the QB's to thrive. Now when you're playing at full speed, sometimes it tough to decipher if I guy is going out of bounds or not because it's been countless times where guys would fake like their going out of bounce but cut it back for extra yards. Now you can argue that QB's won't do that type of stuff but you can't under estimate guys like Alex Smith because he can beat you with his feet. You have to look at it in the players point of view sometimes. This is not to take sides because I'm not but I get what he's saying and I get what the league is saying. If Alex did run up the side line then all of you screaming it was BS for him to hit Smith would be saying why he didn't tackle the guy. He gave up a big play for a 7-0 lead. You can't fault a DE for being aggressive. It's not like he tackled him and threw him to the ground. He was making sure he got out of bounds. As for Buck. You can not compare the two! Buck fumbled the ball twice in two weeks. YOU CAN'T WIN GAMES TURNING THE BALL OVER! It's impossible to win in the NFL when you're giving up TO. If Buck wants to continue to be good, he has to learn how to control and carry the ball better so that he doesn't give up the rock that easy. The reporter saying it doesn't make sense to bench him and play the other RB called up from the PS, well we see why he's a reporter and not a coach. If he's holding onto the ball and getting yards, it would make sense to feed him the ball verses the guy coughing it up. So what he's a 4th rd pick, we're trying to win games regardless of our record. Buck also need to learn his lesson. If you want to stay on the field, hold onto the ball. Any coach will tell you that. Actually......Harbs does not make the roster move decisions.....he's apart of the decisions but from what I've read....and heard countless times before.....Ozzie makes those decisions.....the GM builds the roster....not the coach....he's just apart of it.....as much as i hate to say it......we don't scout players and we're not watching these guys practice every day....Ozzie and his crew watches every practice, every game and watch tape on other players.....i have faith in ozzie and the rest of the org....he probably just wasn't ready......it's a lot more to the QB position then just throwing the ball

Yeah Flacco passed to 10 different receivers but that pressing need to feed a lot of passes to Kamar was an overkill. You take whats given to you. The play could be designed for Kamar but another receiver is probably in a better situation on that play to score or have YAC. I would like to see more of a balance attack than anything.
