  1. Yes, but by this rule, Suh should only cost 9 stars (the tag-value for DT's). If we are infording Suh's increased tag-value, which is base on an increase on his 2014 cap hit, we have to do it for any other players in the same situation, no?
  2. Actually becomes rather interesting as the franchise tag values we use are quite a bit lower then the projected values as found here for example: http://nfltraderumors.co/projected-2015-franchise-tag-figures/ If we go by the standard rule that the franchise tag value is the higher of the Leagues standard value, or 120 % of the players cost the year prior, there are quite a few players that have higher tag values to take into account. This rule would be what applies in the Suh, case for instance. Based on a quick search through the 2015 Free agents and their 2014 cap hits on Spotrac I found at least 7 players that would have a higher then the franchise tag value under the 120 % rule... In other Words, this should probably be cleared up by the CoCo.
  3. I'm not sure about this, but I think it would actually be higher as Hardy's 2014 cap hit was 13,116,000... In my understanding, that would then lead to a cap hit of 15,739,200 = 15,5 stars, or am I missing something?
  4. Taking offers for the no. 8 pick in the draft. Mainly looking for draft picks.
  5. Right... So that's where I missed it... Sorry... Was sure it was pick 9 that was the Rams... Will fix... Just needed to understand what went wrong
  6. That's a pick aquired from the Rams this year... Falcons have had a total of 3 7-round picks this year... 2 of them (pick 8 and 9) was there originally. Pick 32 was aquired from the Rams in a trade for Scott Wells...
  7. Falcons have both picks... Round 7 pick 8 is the original Falcons pick, Round 7, pick 9 is the Rams pick, that the Falcons got in a draft day trade last year.... Please point óut to me if that is not clear? I believe I did list the 2 different numbers for the picks in the 2 different trades???
  8. Well, I'm moving back to a strictly 4-3 base, and he just doesn't do well enough in coverage to remain in the middle, imo...
  9. First of all he would be a 6 star cost for another team, and though you might not get a 2nd round pick, you could at least get something.... I'm sure you could probably get a 4th easy, and with patience a 3rd, heck if I had a 3rd I'd be all up in that...
  10. Speaking as a GM with a need for pass rushers I can only agree with this statement.
