  1. Asking Schaub to not throw a pick 6 is like asking a snake to not bite. It's in their nature. It's what they do. You can't pick up a cobra and be surprised when it bites. You can't pick up Schaub in the offseason and be surprised when he throws pick sixes.
  2. Well, as a positive, how bout them Tight Ends?
  3. How is there no accountability with this and the myriad of other blatant bad calls? If I go to work and do my job in in the same manner, with the same level of professionalism and integrity that was displayed by that crew last night, I would be fired. End of story. No apologies. No reviews. Fired. When men's jobs hang in the balance, you would expect, and demand, that the ones with the power be impartial, as to allow the teams to decide the outcome of the contest. Instead, on Monday Night Football, the refs blatantly, and repeatedly, failed to do their jobs. How something so disgraceful is allowed to happen is beyond reprehensible. One can only pray that something is done. Punishment is due. Fines. Suspension. Demotion. Would anything less be acceptable? Sadly, as a fan of this amazing sport, I won't hold my breath.
  4. I knew we didn't have a chance when we got called for an illegal formation on Urschel after his catch. Replay clearly shows him making the eligible signal to the refs, who then say be didn't report as eligible. Even Gruden was shocked by it, and that says a lot. Then we get 8 penalties to their one in the first half. Which was so Bushleague it was almost funny, as they got away with anything they wanted, while we got called on several phantom calls, or just outright favoritism. Look at Asa Jacksons flag for the personal foul. Both he and the Cardinal player were pushing and shoving but be was the only one called. Bushleague. Brutal.
  5. What a shame. I love you, Johnny, but wow. You are loyal to a fault. I hope it's not the teams downfall because of it.
  6. Happy Thanksgiving fellow Canucks!
  7. You can have the best defensive players in the world on your team, but if they aren't put in a position to be effective it doesn't matter how good they are. You must look at the source of the ineffective plays called. And that's usually the problem.
  8. Pretty soon no corner will want to play for the Ravens. It seems they all get injured!
  9. Brandon Williams is such a great player. He leads vocally and by example on and off the field. Love that kid.
  10. Well, he didn't automatically go out of his way to draw a P.I. Call every single play. So he's already better than Melvin.
  11. Stop throwing it to Williams!!!
  12. Well. Not over yet! Come on boys!!!
  13. So nice to have a long term investment on a guy like Monroe... Oh wait.
  14. Didn't Boyle leave the game injured? I really liked his game. He could be a beast. Hope he is healthy.
  15. Well. Refs against us again early. This is going to be a long day.
  16. Smith. Still such a stud. Lucky to have him.
  17. This used to be a great place to come and talk about the game. Guys like Sami and cilli make it awful. What's the point sifting through all their constant nonstop garbage to try and find something intelligent. Used to be a good forum guys. Good luck finding a solution.
  18. Not the starting Oline plus not the full playbook equals preseason; don't freak out.
  19. Nice to see a good Canadian boy making waves. Go get'em, Urban.
  20. Maxx Power.
  21. Oh man. I don't know how to feel. I'd like to see Pitta back, of course. But I'm scared that he hurts the hip again and then it is permanent. He's too good a guy to have to live with that fore the rest of his life.
  22. Put up or shutup time, kid. We're rooting for you! Play like a Raven.
  23. Melvin was in way over his head out there as an undrafted guy. He played admirably given the circumstances. My hats off to him.
  24. If anyone had told me my Flames would be in the position they are right now before the season started I would have laughed in their face. And yet here we are. Unreal.
