  1. Anyone else think that Bruce Arians was at least a small part of the "moving above the Steelers to get Maxx" trade??

I hate the 49ers and I'm glad Seattle won but..how about them? I wasn't overly impressed with Wilson, both teams played pretty sloppy. To me it proves neither of these teams (or QBs) are the world beaters the media made them out to be.

  5. I think we'll see, even more so that in previous weeks, what a great OC can do for us. Instead of letting up on the gas after we build a lead, I believe we'll keep pushing it, and that's good, considering Luck likes to come back from seemingly insurmountable leads.

  6. It'll be interesting to see how we jump back from this loss. This is where the loss of the leadership by Ray Lewis/Ed Reed really hits us the hardest, coming off of a huge loss.

Exactly!! But you know, part of that is lack of playing time together and less leadership on that side of the ball. People can sugarcoat it all day long, but come game time, the loss of Ray Ray is going to take a toll on us for a while until the new blood can step up to the plate.

Huff is to soft to be a Raven,Don't know what Ozzie ever saw in him!! Would much rather Omar Brown or Elam play FS!

      SeaHawk

Ed was soft too in his later years, the only difference was the fact that he was a top notch ballhawk, whereas Huff is decent at best.

  7. LOL at this board.

  8. Recall the deeds as if they're someone else's atrocious stories, now you stand reborn before us all, so glad to see you well; and not to pull your halo down around your neck and tug you to the ground, but I'm more than just a little curious, how you're planning to go about making your amends to the dead...

Oh yeah, yet another fantastic option! A legit nfl franchise hiring a brand spanking new RB coach to be the OC!!

Torrey Smith didn't fit very well with Kub's offense. Maybe this gives him a chance at a breakout. Who knows.

  10. So Harbs is keeping his inept buddies on his coaching staff. Yawn, nothing new here. If the Ravens miss the playoffs again next year and dont improve at all, then I will personally lead the Harbaugh must be fired group.

We did a hell of a lot more than run-run-deep throw. We used the middle and ran quick outs and slants WAY more than you give us credit for.

    3. Stephenjr

      Stephenjr

I disagree, we either ran or tried throwing a lot of quick passes behind the line of scrimmage, that always got blown up, or we threw deep hoping for a P.I.FLAG!

      JoeyFlex5

@jazz1988 been telling people that! castillo coordinating a running scheme is a awful idea, but he is widely regarded as one of the best teachers of the o-line in the entire league

  11. Stop, I know your game, it's always been the same; the story hasn't changed, neither will you but.. I can't fight you anymore, I know I'll open up my soul..... No, I won't! I can't! One more time and I think I'll die! Why? Do I always have to suffer the consequences?

Ya know what, you're right. I'll take it down if that'll make you feel better, but that doesn't mean it's not true. This is ridiculous.

  13. Yet another uneducated Steeler's fan remark I hear from time to time: "We have 6 super bowls!!"... um, well in case you have never learned history before, the Steelers are about 30-40 years older than us. I sure hope you have more rings.

    1. Hardbaugh

      Hardbaugh

I chuckle when yinzers and bandwagon steeler fans I come in contact with use the 6 SB line. My response? What about 4 decades of being a league doormat? even with their success of recent times they're not much over .500 as a franchise. Welcome to mediocrity...

30-40 years? Try 63 years older. They started as a team in 1933.

You can keep the fortune, and you can have the fame; You can have all the crap you never will obtain; You can't take my virtue, and no you can't take my pride, you can't take the anger building up inside; you won't break me, no matter how hard you try; you can't shake me down, I'm bulletproof... all I've learned, its like poison... all I've done, inside my veins... all I've seen, its like venom... all I know, its all that remains!

Autobiography, my man. First book covers his early life/working his way up the ladder/WCW wrestling days, and the second book covers his wrestling tenure with the WWE up to about 2008. He covers Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero's deaths and provides insight on them. He has a new book coming out this year sometime.

      Lots of workout tips?

    4. SeaHawk

      SeaHawk

No lol, not quite. He talks about his life, and gives behind-the-scenes access to wrestling and what goes on after the show ends and behind the curtain. Pretty good read if you like wrestling. In fact, many people call it the best wrestling autobiography out there right now. If you're more into workout tips, then I suggest reading the Triple H book.
