  1. I couldn't help but wonder: let's Dennis Pitta never had that injury. How would our offense be?

  2. I just watched HarBoo's locker room speach after the loss to the Bears. That locker Room was so quiet and lost you could here a cat fart! HarBoo's has lost this team Baltimoe. The Problem is, I honestly don't think this was ever HarBoo's team. HarBoo inherited a great football team, whebn Bilick was fired. Nuber 52 was the leader of this team along with a few other players that HarBoo ran out of town! I have been saying this since around week 12 of last season, when Be...

  3. Uh oh, Looking at some stats Flacco against Rex Ryan's defense, 43% Comp. Pct., 51.1 QB rate, 0 Td's , 2 int's, one being a pick six the other returned 66 yards, 2 fumbles lost. Despite this horrific play he's 2-0 vs the NYJ.

  5. Jimmy Smith proved this week that he is a shut down corner. Who will hopefully be with for his hopefully long and successful career.

  8. Week 11 Edition; Flacco has been bested by his share of rookie, journeyman or never was quarterbacks this season. At risk of feeling like Charlie Brown looking for the Great Pumpkin is this the week Flacco starts making the Ravens look wise for paying him.........Probably not!

He wants respect through money... sorry, but if you want respect, then take less money in order to help the team, and win some dang games in the regular season to make people respect your work. I'm sorry, but I just don't think Flacco is the brightest gem in the world.

I'm talking about when he took a pay cut back in 2007 to bring Moss in. I am also referencing a pay cut/restructure that he took when they brought in several other players a few years back too. Would Flacco do that? No. Otherwise, he would've took less so he could keep Boldin here. I'm not saying Boldin's the answer, but he could have helped us with the middle of the field stuff at least

And Deion Branch won the super bowl mvp one year. So if your argument that Flacco is elite is based upon the fact he won Super Bowl MVP honors, then I guess we have to say Branch is an elite player too... LOL

LOL at Brady haters. Say all you want about the guy, he still won 3 super bowls. And he has always been willing to take a pay cut if it meant bringing in other good players for the team. Flacco?? Not a chance.

Recently? Maybe. But back when Troy Brown was his best receiver, and he made the likes of Deion Branch look like a pro bowler?? Only a fool would say he did terrible with that.

A truly elite QB works with what he has, and makes the rest of the unit look like studs. Look at Brees/Rodgers/Brady in his early days

Yeah, all the darned excuses people like to bring up for him is sickening. Rodgers has very little time in Green Bay, and he makes his receivers look like pro bowlers. That is elite QB play.

Oh ok. I was about to say, "how the heck does anyone justify drafting Flacco in fantasy in the top 10 rounds, let alone first?? Especially Gabe??"

Nelson's a very good receiver. I still can't get past the fact that you drafted Joe Flacco in the 1st round though... this is fantasy football, right??

  22. I remember someone on this forum had the great idea of stuffing the Pro Bowl ballots so former Ravens (Ed, Ellerbe, Kruger, Cary) get to the Pro Bowl so the Ravens get better comp picks. Anyone else keen?

Yes, I sure am. There's a time and a place for everything. Putting together a cookbook, and filming yourself for a charity event, should happen during the offseason. It takes too much time to do those two things. NOw, am I saying he shouldn't speak out about bullying during the season?? NO! I'm merely saying that doing something so time consuming as those two things I mentioned is ludicrous.
