    Seriously trying to find positives of Kubiak leaving, but my mind keeps racing back to 2013... trying to be positive, but this is not only a storm, it's a freaking hurricane...

      Then who do you want? I still think we're promoting the RB coach who studied under Kubiak for a year. I think he's a good hire.

      @Lost Look, the options left might prove to be viable. The point is most do not have an impressive resume of success and/or are an unknown commodity right now. Gase does not even run Kubiak's scheme. To me this says we were not prepared for this at all. We did not do any legwork. Look what happened with Kubiak, committed to stay and at a word off to Denver. Don't understand why we couldn't make something like that happen with Shanahan.
