    So Harbs is keeping his inept buddies on his coaching staff. Yawn, nothing new here. If the Ravens miss the playoffs again next year and dont improve at all, then I will personally lead the Harbaugh must be fired group.

      lol So you think that every man on the offense stinks? Because in essence if it isn't Castillo and/or Caldwell you're saying we have absolutely no one on offense who has any talent at all because no one got it done. When it is everyone that fails - it is a coaching issue.

      Caldwell had nothing to work with. That's my point. Neither did Flacco. The WRs were collectively bad, same with TEs and O line, and the RBs were banged up. Now don't be surprised when an offense like that puts up pitiful numbers. The fact that they didn't put up 30 points or 400 yards tells me they didn't have the potential. That's what Jim had to work with.

      There were things you can do offensively as a coordinator that we did not do at all. Rarely used the middle/no quick outs/slants - nothing to compensate for a failed run game. Just run, run throw the ball deep. That is on Caldwell.
