I, for one, am so happy to finally see the Ravens this side of the Atlantic !

...When it finally felt like the gap left after Darryl Smith's production was filled, this happens. It's tough to have such a blow. Zachary, your play and unselfishness has shined on during the last three seasons. I'd usually bet 45 would get at least a tackle on kick offs and punts, and there you were, delivering.

Expatriate Ravens fans are everywhere from Lexington, Kentucky to France. Pittsburgh, Pa to Rio de Janeiro ! We are a truly passionate crowd when it comes to cheering for our Ravens. Because of distance, because of those many Sundays when you're probably the only one around thinking you're not at M&T Bank in Baltimore with your friends or family to be able to share the highs and the lows of these heart pounding moments this team gives to us. Because we know we will bring down the house when our team gets that W though many will not connect with that. Because we will probably eat our couch's armrest when we lose another one of those close games... We are family.

IMO: Knowing the Steelers may well go 4-1 or 3-2 in their last stretch of the season (counting on a Ravens road win in week 16 and/or an upset by either the Giants at Heinz field or Bills on the road) I think their strength of schedule is way more manageable than ours ... (Ravens go against top 2 AFC East + 3 division games + the Eagles in the middle). Ravens would then need to win tomorrow and go 4-1 or 3-2 at least. Sounds like a tough cookie last tier to me. But hey, I say :

Dixon looks good during games, which we can judge from. It's nice to hear more about his work in practice from QB Joe.
Any chance Dixon makes the 53-man cut with Lorenzo Taliaferro still on PUP ? Special teams maybe ? he seems to be open to the idea and there aren't that many spots left on the roster.

Being an overseas die hard Ravens fan, I wanted to thank Garret, Ryan, Jon, Sarah, Kevin... and most of all the "behind the scenes" peopler whom, with their admin., production and technical work make me feel that much closer to the Flock and the Ravens family !!!

Daryl Smith will be missed by the fans. His amazing consistency week in and week out throughout three roller coaster seasons is just phenomenal.
