I wanna vomit from how mediocre this match is.
I am not only further convinced that Sheamus is horrible in the ring, but Cena's moveset may be more limited than Hulk Hogan's. And to think, Cena used to be a promising young star back in 2003...when he actually wrestled.
It's the hardcore schedule Cena has,if Hogan did as much wrestling and promoting as Cena does today he would have been dust by the time he joined WCW.
this is turning into a TNA ppv great undercard crap main event
This is embarrassing, if your in the main event your expected to be the match of the night, not broing to death.
This cage match is horrible. It's been so long since I've seen a main event with so many rest holds. The flow of the match is crap. And there's so much posturing and brawling than actual wrestling, I'm almost convinced that both guys have no semblance of a story going on in the ring right now.
Yeah this main event is really bad,a lot of Cena haters tonight though.
I don't mean to soudn sexist, but I really think all the Divas should go to SD or RAW and just keep them all no one show so there can just be a division for them. Then they can combine Divas and Womens championship. I mean this may sound messed up, but I dont ever watch the Divas matches unless its "bra & panties" match
. Plus IMO it'd make alot more sense to have ALL the divas on one show, so that there is a full division for them to compete in.
Originally when they were making a Smackdown it was rumored that it was going to be an all womens show....obviously they discarded that thought, but it would have been interesting on how long it would've lasted.
Makes sense, but at the same time, it'd just be better for WWE to bring in more Divas that can wrestle, rather than try to keep them split up or unite the divisions. There's only a little over a handful of Divas currently on the roster that can wrestle decently. I like some of the Divas matches and they deserve more of a push, but ever since Trish Stratus and Lita left, there's been no incentive for them to push any of them since a lot of them have no personality.
Trish Stratus was perhaps the only Diva to transcend her division and gender to where everyone loved her for both her wrestling and her looks, and she actually got a great crowd reaction that was almost to the level of a mid-to-upper-card male wrestler. She was just that good and had come that far since her early days as a valet. Chyna, Sable, Wendi Richter, and other Divas of the past couldn't touch that. Lita was the closest one, and then Mickie James thereafter. Beth Phoenix could've also been it, had she not gotten hurt again.
The WWE hires models and think they can turn them into athletes and they fail miserably. I'd rather have a semi good looking women who can actually wrestle than one that looks great but bores me to death.

Wow, John Morrison is a freak athlete. He has muscle man. Someone like him he must be all natural no steroids. WWE should def. push him, he should get U.S. title or something.
I was also shocked to see The Rock make a appearence in the video.
He was busted for some stuff a few years ago but he is a really good athlete.
Morrison is terrible on the mic, thats why they stopped pushing him and kept moving the intercontinental belt.
He's actually really good on the mic but not as a face. When he became ECW Champion in 2007 and he changed his gimmick to a copy of Jim Morrison he was cutting great promo's almost every week.
So I was watching TNA today, and Madison Rayne threatened to sue the company for "every penny it's worth". To which I said (aloud to my girlfriend) "so about 500 pennies then..."
I don't know how they are making a profit,it's been reported their last few PPV's have done horrible in buy rates.
So should we expect NeXuS to make an appearence at MiTB?
Probably,I see them interfering in the Cena/Sheamus match and making it a no contest.
I don't know probably not. I mean now it seems like they have no idea what to do with this storyline, I mean they have done beat downs for weeks, and they destroyed the arena for couple weeks, it seems like they have no direction on what they want to do and where they want to go with it. It's just too bad they don't know how to evolve the angle and not have it get so repetitive so fast and in some cases boring.
Just wish they had gotten SD involved from the beginning and make it seem like a WWE vs Nexus and not Raw vs Nexus. With that it allows them to get more superstars involved, have more "shocking"(and I put that because of spoilers on the internet) events happen and WWE guys defecting to Nexus. Even to slow this storyline down, they could have just kept Nexus off Raw for a week.
Question, did anyone listen to Cena's promo in the beginning of Raw where he pretty much buried Sheamus as the champ by saying, that he is only a two time champion because he fell through the table "by accident" and because Nexus attacked the Fatal 4 Way guys and Sheamus just took advantage of it. I can't believe Cena buried Sheamus the way he did, especially the falling through the table part, lucky Cena is the face of the company because any other wrestler would be in trouble.
I wouldn't say Cena was trying to bury him, just trying to show the fans how much of a heel he is. Shaemus, like a heel, will take advantage of a situation even if it's not fair.
or ill be sent to your house an do this
And I'll run in and finish you off with this
I for one dislike the Nexus T-shirts, They'd be better if it was all black and just yellow letters.
Anyway something tells me Sheamus AND Cena will both be attacked at MiTB.
The Nexus shirts are bleh, Barret as the leader should have a white shirt with it on it at least.
MiTB is looking to be good and I might watch it this Sunday.
2 of the best to ever step foot in the ring how could it not be,I mentioned the match above because I am converting my old collection of vhs to dvd have july 2000 up til now
Ah yes the good old days of VHS....![]()
Is anyone else psyched about Husky Harris? I think this guy is going to be awesome.
Angle vs RVD vs Stone Cold for the WWF(/E) Title
Kurt Angle vs. Chris Benoit Royal Rumble 2003
One of my favorite matches ever.
This is random as all hell, but Matt Hardy's gut makes me feel somewhat better about my own. It's a little embarassing for a guy who has main event aspirations to be so out of shape...
He has no motivation what so ever, they were going to do something when he turned heel in 2009 when was feuding with his brother, but then he got injured and the rest is history. He asked a month or so ago if he should even be in the WWE anymore.
There are reports that Paul Heyman may be heading to TNA, despite remarks to the contrary that have been published lately. Heyman said that he refuses to go to TNA unless he gets full creative control, and Dixie Carter might be reluctant to hand over the keys after all that she's paid Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff to do in that same capacity.
I personally would love to see Heyman in TNA (though I'd much prefer to see him get full creative control over WWE's mega-roster), and I think that the move would be the saving grace of TNA. That said, however, if Dixie Carter keeps listening to Jeff Jarrett and his antiquated ideas, I'm worried that the company will go under even if Heyman turns things around. Though I blame much of their recent missteps on Hogan and Bischoff, Jarrett has to take some of the blame given that he's let his personal issues interfere with his booking and he had been running out of ideas before Hogan and Bischoff were even brought in.
Paul Heyman should stay as far away from TNA as he can, that company is a bomb waiting to go off and has no clear direction they want to go in. They want to be hardcore and edgy but they need to realize this is not 1997 a majority of fans from that era don't even watch wrestling.
The more I look at the Nexus, the more I realize that almost none of them will be decent solo stars; only Wade Barrett sticks out as the clear-cut, ready-for-primetime star. David Otunga attacking Yoshi Tatsu just now was weak (his mic skills aren't as good as people say they are), and Michael Tarver is merely average. Justin Gabriel could be a serviceable mid-carder but nothing more. The rest are a bit forgettable.
I still like the Nexus invasion angle, but most of these guys are destined to fail once the group dissolves.
I think this is the way the WWE is trying to give everyone a shot in that stable,Barret looks like he could be solid and Gabriel is another high flyer with the flashy moves the kids will like. Otunga is obviously there because he's married to Jennifer Hudson...
Yeah, Ted DiBiase is really showing me nothing special lately. His mic skills are mediocre and his ring work is pretty bland, IMO.
It's ironic that Cody Rhodes is turning out to be the better solo star of the two, despite DiBiase having been ahead of the curve when they were first paired together. Rhodees has been the complete antithesis of DiBiase (just as their fathers were), and it looks like history will repeat itself in this era where Rhodes will go on to have more in-ring success than DiBiase.
DiBiase looks very uncomfortable in the ring and needs another year of polishing before I can take him as a legit wrestler. The reason why Cody is better at this point is because he had a year more on the roster than DiBiase. What I don't understand is the WWE is thinking of making a stable with him as the leader called the Fortunate Sons with Curt Henning's son and DiBiase's brother.
Lacey von Erich for me. I'm 6'4" so I prefer taller women.
I don't like Angles current... angle. Squashing your way through the roster will really get you over backstage.
I prefer Nattie Hart. She actually has some meat on her....
I haven't seen Angle in months,in TNA that is.LAst time I saw him was on a YouTube video where he was talking about his new nutrient pills/going into MMA....and he looked like a hobo.
Angle is pound for pound on of the best today in the ring, and I really don't know if he will go back to WWE for the scedule alone but you never know,TNA isn't big enough and I am finally seeing all it is,is a glorified indy promotion
Angle is probably the greatest wrestler today but his personal life is falling apart and he's using a lot of drugs so his body wouldn't even keep up on a light WWE schedule. He needs to go into rehab like McMahon wanted him to.
I'll turn TNA on every now and then for the lulz.
I did that when RVD won the title and I hadn't tuned in for a while so when they said RVD had won a title match the night before I was like okay....but why is the match tonight? And furthermore, why the hell did he win?
I watch TNA for three reason
Mr.Anderson.....Anderson
Kurt Angle
and
*drool* Velvet Sky
I don't know why Angle is wasting his time with them, since late 2008/early 2009 they've been on a slope of failure. They need to stop bringing old WCW/WWE/ECW has-beens and giving them the title.
I'm finding NXT a more interesting nowdays, and Cody Rhodes for once. TNA has great talent and spots but the booking direction is really bad.
TNA is just......

I wouldnt mind seeing Ted DiBiase jr. vs Undertaker. I mean think about the storyline and the push it would give Ted. Ted Dibiase Sr. brought Undertaker to WWF and Ted DiBiase jr. takes Undertaker out of WWE.(This was an idea off of youtube, it just got me intruiged)
I dont want to see another HHH/Taker match at WM. Y2J wouldnt be bad. A rematch with Randy Orton? Orton has developed so much since he had his match with Undertaker at WM.
The creative team were discussing this last year and I think it's ridiculous. I don't know why people think DiBiase has a brighter future than Rhodes. I'm watching Smackdown and Rhodes just a while ago cut a good promo about why he attacked the Big Show. I think it's the lisp that is holding him and Swagger back.
Ted DiBiase is an upper-mid carder at best, in my opinion. Such a match would be completely anti-climatic to the Undertaker's "Wrestlemania Streak" story if it were his last WM match (especially if he lost to Ted). Triple H or Jericho would be the best bet. Even Orton would be better than Cena or DiBiase (not knocking Orton, I'm a big fan of his).
I don't know who Taker's opponent for Wrestlemania will be next year but I hope to the wrestling gods (JBL) that DiBiase doesn't verse him. Jericho might not even be with WWE past September because of his new show on ABC.
Each brand having its own PPVs might've been bad for them, but for us fans, it probably helped out. Vince switched it up because he's Vince and he cares only about the money, not that he needs much more.
And yeah, NYR was injury-filled, but then again, it was the PPV that held all those elimination chambers, which as we know, are really dangerous.
Backlash wasn't always WM rematches.
Judgement Day was close together with some of the others, but weren't all PPVs like that? They were very evenly spread out. I thought it was a good system, but of course it had to be changed at some point.
Not every match at NYR was an elimination chamber match and a lot of people got hurt from normal matches.
NYR 2005 Regal and Lita got hurt. NYR 2007 HHH got hurt. A few other stars got small injuries like Shelton in 06 and Carlito in 05.
Backlash is usually Wrestlemania rematches, that's why I'm glad they got rid of it. The only good match that I can remember was in 2004 w/ Benoit v. Michaels v. HHH.
Judgement Day was usually 2-3 weeks away from Backlash and One Night Stand
I really wish Stone Cold would get involved with this NeXuS angle. I would just like to see him Stunner the [profanity deleted] out all those NXT rookies.
He's trying to move on to his movie career and move himself as far as he can from the WWE. I don't think we'll see much of him anymore.
It was great when raw had New Year's Revolution, Backlash, Vengeance and Unforgiven. And Smackdown had No Way Out, Judgement Day, Great American Bash, No Mercy and Armegeddon. That way, the two shows were given a lot more time to develop better storylines. But now it's long gone.
It might have been a good idea to have both brands have their own PPV's,but in the long run it was pretty bad. They may have had more time to develop story lines but they also were making less money by splitting PPV's than combining them. So I can see why the WWE put it back as a multi brand show.
NYR was always a massive clusterfu** of injuries and the WWE didn't want their big name wrestlers to get injured right when the year gets started.
Backlash was just Wrestlemania rematches and they were rarely good.
They changed Vengeance to Night of Champions and that's cool considering you'll get every champion appearing on the card.
Judgement Day was one of the PPV that were too close together with other ones and the Great American Bash was a WCW concept and the WWE wanted to create their own version.
Im still waiting for the NeXuS to get Sheamus.
I really doubt they will and even if they do Triple H will come and save him and they will form a temporary alignment to get rid of them.
What annoys me the most is that Sheamus debuted almost a year ago and either Cole or Lawler called everyone who saved Cena a few weeks back "WWE Veterans".
Someone finally makes a thread for wrestling!
I think the MITB PPV will be overkill, they need one of the two winners of the match to lose to make the title match legitimate because a heel just cashing it in right after a big match/beatdown of the current champion is getting really predictable and boring.

Can they ever have a credible heel champion?
