  1. convenient that the only 2 nexus guys i think are worth a damn are left, even tho Sheffield showed some powerhouse promise

I think the whole Nexus is great, granted I don't think Darren Young or Michael Tarver will be anything after this and I hate Otunga with a passion, they will all have promising futures.

  2. I hate the "Cena sucks" chants. He's the scapegoat for all the Attitude Era kids who grew up and wanted more of it.It makes me sick.He might of been bad in 2005-2006 but since 2007 he hasn't been sucking that much. Then they say "he only has 5 moves",I would too if I was the face of the company, was in constant main events and had to entertain at a high level while wrestling and showing up for events 300+ days a year.

  3. FF, Jericho is now the best at getting eliminated.

Right now with Bryan being too predictable the only options left that give the unpredictably is Triple H returning and costing Team WWE.

It's now down to Cena/Bryan vs 4 3 Members of Nexus.

Or HHH coming in and saving them. Him and Undertaker weren't supposed to appear on this card and since Taker did show up tonight I don't think it's a long shot for HHH to come out and just sledge hammer a few guys.

Also if he joins Team WWE the Miz could go side with Nexus.

  4. If pay-per-views traditionally end around 10:40-10:45pm, then they'll need to blow through the rest of this match since there's way too many guys and necessary eliminations involved. There's really no time to put on a "good" match in the traditional sense with that many guys involved.

Well this is a big PPV so you never know when it could end.Extreme Rules didn't end until 10:55 so anything could happen.

  5. Well, rumors are running rampant with conflicting reports that Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan are leaving TNA. This stems from a situation where Eric Bischoff's official Twitter feed posted a link to Hulk Hogan's recently-opened Twitter feed -- which actually turned out to be a Hogan imposter. Bubba The Love Sponge even confirmed the authenticity of Hogan's page at first, which leads me to believe that these two either never bothered to verify the accuracy of this info.

The imposter account admitted that it was all a fraud, but it makes me wonder...is there really any consideration of getting rid of Hogan and Bischoff? I really hope so...

Remember Franny, they want to bring in Heyman and he didn't want to work with either of them. I don't know why they would wait until after HardCORE Justice to hire him,I guess he liked what he saw at the PPV,but getting rid of both Hogan and Bischoff is a step in the right direction. Now if they could just get rid of Russo....

Apparently there is a TNA employee on Twitter @TNAnonymous and he is complaining about TNA and how it needs to change back to how it used to be.He admitted he was the imposter Hogan on that name also.

I think it's just an angry fan trying to stir up some controversy in TNA....

  6. Kudos to whoever changed the the thread title to Pro Wrestling, got tired of talking just about WWE.

That being said,I watched TNA's Hard Justice last night and wanted to throw myself out the window. The PPV was bad, there were two good matches (Dudleyz match, RVD/Sabu's match) but I was baffled at how stupid some of it was. Why would The Gangsta's come out and beat everybody down and then a few minutes later hug like it was nothing? And didn't this Raven and Tommy Dreamer feud ended almost a decade ago? Why are they going back to it? I was really looking forward to this PPV because Jerry Lynn was going to wrestle and I knew he wouldn't let me down, but of course he gets hurt and there goes TNA's main event.

I think TNA would have benefited from having the PPV in Philly where most of there fan base lives, not at the Impact Zone.

  7. In other WWE news, former WWE wrestler Batista has a new project called "Batista vs. Cancer," a new initiative geared towards raising cancer awareness.

The accompanying video to the project was not what I expected at all for a former pro wrestler. It was very sweet and very sentimental with lots of humor sprinkled in. I just about cried during some of the more tender moments, especially when he was with his ex-wife. Cancer is something that's hurt my family in the past and has reared its ugly head once again, so I was really touched by how genuine the video was.

Great find Franny, this really speaks volumes about who Batista is as a person.

  8. The Star Ship Pain from monday's Raw was waaay off the mark. It looked like it'd hurt Morrison more so than his opponent. So yeah, I'd agree he needs to work on the placement some more, it's very inconsistent.

It's like Hardy's swanton bomb, that move rarely hits and looks weak.

Honestly, I wouldn't be thrilled with Bourne winning a title until he can do an entire match with more than just kicks. Truthfully, his matches get real boring, real quick. I can only take so many kicks (with the occasional knee) in one match, so his ringwork doesn't impress me at all. Actually, everything about Bourne screams "generic" to me. His look is generic, his ringwork is unvaried and generic, his mannerisms are generic (there's more hand gestures aside from the "peace sign" Evan, and his mic skills are completely missing. If it weren't for him doing the SSP, I doubt anyone would really care about him or even pay attention to him.

If you watch some of his indie stuff he was amazing.

When he first debuted in the WWE in 2008 he was doing all these high flying moves/spots and by September he was injured. He was smart and watered his offense down so he could still do some good spots but every week.

  9. On a side note the lack of production for the Nexus shirt bothers me,I collect wreslting T's(Have a seperate dresser for them),and would love to get a Nexus one but the N is just lame. The front should have said Nexus and the back should have said the Winds Of Change Are Coming.Something like that.

It's like the Legacy shirts they had last year, they didn't give any sort of time on it and just put a giant L on the front.
