CJ has done very well for us here with 2014 and 2016 both being pro bowl level years for him

I won't go into the past 2 years as the players are all too young to know for sure but I will say that there is some potential with the 2016 class and I am not feeling too great about the 2015 class.

So we have 10 pro bowls over 6 years of drafting and I would say that there is still room for some growth with CJ and Jimmy Smith to hopefully develop along with maybe Brandon Williams getting recognized. 

I may do the classes from 2002 to 2008 if there is interest

 

B.Williams and Jimmy Smith are solid football players. they are the eptimoe of high floor and low celing. They are not pro bowl calibre.

I'm sorry but thats a weak list outside of KO and CJ. I have no clue on how you found 10 pro bowls there..i count the pro bowl player not the number which is inflated with special teams players.

thats my point. He's lived off his early drafts. Most of those pro bowls have come from 5 players in particular...all drafted well over a decade ago PLUS

I blame brandon williams for all this. HIs ridiculous overpaid contract stopped us from filling more holes. We could have got Wagner and Zeitler. Heck we could have made a play for pryor.

Makes you wonder how much we could have paid aaron donald if he were a raven? 200 million?

There is no way ozzie is dumb enough to take a poor mans michael oher with the 16th pick. Oher himself was picked in the late teens if i remember correctly.

i'd be happy. THe epitome of a non sexy but all business pick. Lamp is Yanda like..He's sound, smart and can play multiple positons on the O line. He has a super high floor. Great player and it would show that ozzie has evolved. If he picks cam or takk..he's a  joke IMO.

Do you take a CB that may not contribute a whole lot at the back end of the first round? Factoring in that he may be was a top 5 pick without the injury? I would if I were a GM.

 

 

not in this draft..tonnes of great CB prospects from round 1-4. Best Cb draft in a long long time.

he might be functional but i doubt he'll be 100% until the following season. Esp for a corner..if it were a linesman i'd think differently

I'd rather cam than taak because of the quality of edge rushers in this draft. Taak just doesn't bend enough for my liking. There are lots of other rushers such as TJ Watt, Jordan Willis, T Bowser or even tim williams who we could get in the 2nd who are better than takk IMO.
