That's easier said than done. The TE class is decent but regardless of who we draft they're still a rookie. I do agree we need to draft a TE but to go into the season with Pitta, Gillmore and a rookie TE is a mistake.
find someone who's 6 foot 7 from a practice squad somewhere..chandler isn't much other then a big body.
hes also a pretty crap blocker for his size.
im not excited about scott chandler..
Just draft a TE
i don't want wayne nicks or shorts
I have more belief in stevie johnson
also..while it would be shocking..greg hardy would be a very good mcphee replacement
When its the other team…people overrate..when its your team..underrate. Red Bryant is mediocre and talent of his level can be found elsewhere and even at this stage undrafted..hes never been that good.
I like him, he declined a little bit last year but has been an effective run stopper. With proper people around him and in the "rotation" system that Pees has set up, he would probably do well here. We'll see what happens.
Eye test tells me who's the better player..
I hope this happens. I really like this guy, he would be a good replacement for Daniels and he's a solid guy, would be a great leader and mentor for our younger TE's. Plus, he's cheap!
I dunno..Daniels was a far better TE and a better playmaker. Scott Chandler? Never been anything really.
rahim moore has improved a LOT since then.
If we keep hill ( they better)
FS MOORE
SS WILL
Kenny Britt is a clown, too immature and unmotivated to be a Raven. The real FA wr's to watch are Denarius Moore and Eddie Royal. Then add a guy like Jalen Strong or Devin Smith in the draft and we're in business.
Eddie Royal i feel is more polished then moore.
I think we trade up for Parker if he slips in the draft.
Kenny Britt and Jordan Cameron OR
Kenny Britt and Charles Clay
Britt is a very very good receiver. better than torrey.
Charles Clay would compliment crockett well.
its doable. Make it happen.
i mentioned in a thread last year that THIS year would be horrendous for the FO
Its beyond that. We really really are in the crap..and if Will Hill is now given an offer we can't match ( with no 2nd round tender) then frankly this offseason is already a fail for me. We won't be able to do anything but get denarius moore type players.
sorry but that won't cut it.
This is the problem with the NFL. Teams lack identity outside of a couple of players.
Dolphins cut Brian Hartline. Could be a decent signing if we're looking for a big-bodied possession guy.
No
Mediocre replacing above average because of low cap space = fail
S Thomas DeCoud just got cut by the Panthers. Could be good vet addition with Stewart and Miles as FA's.
no..
we had an option last year with him and no then..no now
trade ngata then. there will be someone out there who could use him. 3rd round pick and free up the cap.
hes a very good run stuffer..he still has his reputation and someone will bite.
i like jernigan and brandon williams going forward
Probably the total opposite of what you stated- Resign Ngata to LT deal, wave goodbye to McPhee, Draft 3 DB's ...Maxwell will want Maximum $$$
Mcphee is the priority over ngata.
Rahim Moore, Will Hill, Jimmy Smith, Maxwell, Webb
make it happen!
Cut Ngata
Resign Mcphee.
Restructure a few of the big deals.
Dedictate the draft to Offense.
Ideally, what should happen this coming season is Will Hill moves to FS, and Elam moves to SS, his natural position. We should get our CB situation settled, which means that Elam won't have to move around and play different positions. Elam has had bad luck since he got here, though. His first season here he couldn't play SS because Ihedigbo was already the starter. This season we were hit hard with injuries at the CB position and as a result Elam had to play the nickel corner role which he failed miserably at. You can't blame all of it on bad luck, however, because he does have his share of tackling and coverage issues. Those issues can and will be corrected this offseason, imo. During 2015 season, Elam should be the full-time starting SS, barring any injuries. Because of this, I think we will see Elam improve his game this coming season.
No
he isn't a football player with awareness. I'd rather we got Rahim moore at FS and Put Will HIll at SS where he is possibly the best in the league ( thats his natural psotion)
Sami is just irrationally negative about everything. Ignore him.

when Kubiak was hired last year i was ecstatic
bears fans are laughing at us on twitter…to be honest i understand why.
Lol Flacco didn't turn into Schaub when Kubiak was coaching what does that tell you?
one year.
look at the body of work between the two. look at Cam cameron..thats what we are getting again
yeah..he is a lot like cameron come to think of it,
MEH
bad hire..we have basically deleted what we have done this year and gone back to mediocrity at best.
so basically we bring in a guy who is pathetic at run schemes and that was our strength this year
not good at all.
i expect interceptions and QB sacks to go up
Its way to early to know. To be honest I was nervous when Kubiak came and look how that went for us. With a great defense one of the best front offices in the league and an ELITE QB I have high hopes for next season
Kubiak has always created a top notch offense on both sides of the attack
the same cannot be said for trestman.
This is actually really bad. Flacco is and never will be good throwing the ball constantly..infact he might turn into cutler.
This year he was but I thought in 2013 when Cutler got hurt they ran the ball more with McCown at QB and their offense was insane.
alshon jeffery, brandon marshall, marterllius bennett.
yeah..most would be

They can have him. He's a scrub. Owen Daniels was a far more accomplished player who was a proven star in this league.
Scott Chandler is just an average big body
