    NFL off-season needs to be shortened. For nearly all the league to have to wait 9 months for a sport to come back on TV is flat out ridiculous. Either it gets shortened OR the season is longer. Either way, it's infuriating.

      I don't think it's that ridieulous at all because players and coaches need breaks just as well as anybody. It's just that they have to put their body and more on the line at consistent basis during training camp,preseason, regular season and the playoffs. Making the season longer doesn't seem fair at all to the players especially if it's  just to satisfy fans entertainment.
