Yea, its a very disturbing movie. Imagine a worse version of 8MM with nick cage. Although, the movie is actually good if you can look past the messed up actions that happen, i would describe it as a modern day shakespear. If you do watch it, i reccomend watching it by yourself, or with buddies, no gf or parents, especially kids lol. SOA is awesome! the story line keeps getting better and better, just wait till you catch up If you havent seen Breaking Bad, i reccomend that to everyone. Thats the best TV series ive ever watched hands down, sopranos and SOA are right behind it though

Arms, chest, shoulders. Mainly my upper core, i had a knee surgery awhile back so doing legs is very tough. Im not wanting to be huge, goal weight is 170-175. I have a trouble getting the appetite to eat, any suggestions?

as crazy as it sounds it makes logical sense. Just like an air filter on a car or a drain in a tub/sink. Ill try anything to get extra help working out, i need it.

So i watched Memento and.... Im so confused. i obviously understand that it was going backwards, which was an awesome way to do this type of movie, to see how the characters changed. But where i got confused is when they showed him as sammy jenkins, was he the one giving the shots, id love for someone to elaborate.

Whats up guys, just found this thread and read through the whole thing. Just wanted to see if i could get any responses. So im 5'9 153ish and work out roughly 5 days a week, trying to eat as good as i can, protien shake a day and a protien bar, taking amp189 creatine. I have a very skinny build and im looking to get to about 170. Im guessing i just need to eat more which is very hard for me, i dont seem to have the appetite at all, i can easily go a day with out eating and it not bother me, but since ive been back in the gym i dont skip a day with out some chicken or fish. I was wandering if anyone has any advice on putting on mass. It seems when i try to eat more it goes straight to my stomach, i end up looking like im pregnant, not cool. i cant do very hard leg work outs due to having a knee surgery a couple months ago so that doesnt help. anyways, hope to bring this thread back to life.

Dark Night Rises - obviously Imposter - just watch the trailer, trust me flight - with denzel, looks interesting ice age - best cartoon movie in a long time, sid is awesome expandables 2 - norris and van damne, whats not to like bourne legacy - they go back to the begining End of watch - an amazing looking cop movie anchorman 2 - you stay classy san diego savages - drug smuggling movie I could go on, i reccomend watching these trailers, im interested in feed back, im really looking forward to Imposter
