I think he has the personnel to run a 4-3 defense very well especially with Freeney. He can also run a hybrid with this scheme

That switch I think is unfortunate. You accommodate freeney yes and I realize 34 olb is impossibly thin right now but the rest of your team was definitely set up to run the 34 base, I also coincidently feel that was the strongest part of this team.

Baldwin has a ton of potential and is physically imposing if he can get his head on straight.

I feel the only one that is in question is jones...all my other personnel will be fine in the other base...and if i change my mind which I might....Dwight is playing 3-4 OLB this year and played it last year so he could if need be play both....and as you said 3-4 OLB is really thin

I'd like his next pick to be skipped but im not afforded that right since i don't run the game. See Bears-Ravens trade. Im sure the Ravens would have loved the Bears to pay up too. 

 

The only thing I can do is maintain my hostility toward his action and if I see the opportunity pay him back in kind. Thats it. Ravens take a similar approach by avoiding making trades with the Bears.

I explained why I didn't check. Blackbirds picks directly before me in odd # rounds and has been the one to pm me during odd # rounds. Therefore I thought it was an odd number round. Also if you read my other posts. I acknowledged I was at fault for not double checking this.

It's easier just to skip them. It's only what 12 picks? 2 of them need to be crappy QBs anyway. It's not going to hurt the game one bit, and this way there is no question about who is making the picks.
