Talk about overreacting about the o line.
Are you guys seriously blaming the referees?
I didn't see anyone "blaming" the refs. Just getting irritated with lack of no calls for the Eagles.
Just downloaded it with EA Access.
Already not a fan because they use the Steelers vs Cardinals in SB50 for the tutorial. (On the last drive I ran 80 yards backwards to get a safety and make the Steelers lose.)
Secondly, Ben is the voice for the set up process.
The dynamic catch feature seems meh, I'll need more time with the game to decide if I like it.
I don't think you can really tell much from these practices about the team in general. Same with the preseason box score. It's just about backup and bubble players or newly-minted starters proving themselves. You're talking about 2 squads who don't know anything about each other trying fixed scenarios to analyze certain players or formations. If everything was positive, it probably means you weren't working on anything.
Agreed, if I wasn't on my phone, I'd give you a +1.
I think his name was Eron, he was from Duke.Funny, can't remember a guy named Elon Riley?
The sad thing about cases involving sex us that people tend to always be against the man, even if found innocent plus it DESTROYS your reputation. While he's been found guilty it's likely that many people will always feel uncomfortable around him and it'll be pretty hard for him to get a job.
So what happens now that he is not guilty? Does he counter sue? Does the young lady lose her job?
That's interesting, Zrebeic from the Sun said the first team offense struggled too. Link to Flacco's comments?
Sal Pal is basically an Eagles reporter, so that's interesting as well.
I've always been a fan of Sal Pal, I think he's always been fair when reporting on us.
Seems like Marlon is on the bubble. Always thought Ravens fans overrated him to high heaven so meh.
All they are doing is doing the same thing they are doing with Waller. Nothings wrong with being excited for guys, especially when they are 6'5+ and are fairly quick.
Man, people are looking too much into joint practices. It would be nice to see our team dominate and it would be good to see our secondary do well, but that just isn't likely folks. In the regular season we have a full week to work on schemes, watch film of the other team, pick up on tendencies, and prepare.
It was still training camp leading up to this practice and we were focusing on fundamentals and conditioning.
I know it's a lot to ask for but please try to temper expectations.
how can a bone bruise just be 3 weeks? yeah if you mean functional its 3 weeks but to be fully healed for an athlete? thats at least 2 months.
Lol you've said the same thing like in your last 3 posts. We get it, according to you and Google, it takes 3 weeks to be functional and 2-3 months to fully heal for contact sport.
Thank you.
I would just wait for an official announcement from the team.
After watching the above gif after Max's awesome play, I just realized how badly he jacked that dude to the grown. I hope he plays like that every snap.
Did anyone see the play where he caught it on the far side and the guy wrapped him up by the leg? For some reason I remember thinking how slow he looked.
Haha, it does look like he gave that dude a mean clothesline.
We got our hands full with that Steelers offense. You guys think Jimmy Smith would be put on Bryant?
By the way, Mariota looked solid on his third drive after his first two rough drives.
I'd continue to do what we've been doing the past few years. Other than that one game last year we seem to hold up pretty well against them.
Tyrod Taylor is looking pretty nice against the Panthers D.
When do the joint practices start?
Just cramps
Maxx wasn't getting the second foot down even if he caught it, no harm no foul. Why not go for it on 4th down? We know Tuck can make those in his sleep, if you are playing preseason games to win on the scoreboard you're doing it wrong.
longsnap practice, timing, blocking practice
Now I know this is the first preseason game and its the Saints, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE what I am seeing.
Great stuff!
I liked James. I still think he could be a good TE but he needs work. I felt like he could've developed into a good player here. The game I first noticed him was against the Terps, but that seemed to be his best game lol. Once I watched more, my opinion dropped on him.
I wasn't the biggest fan of Williams as I preferred Walford, but I definitely think Ozzie proves he knows far more than I do.
Thank God we have Ozzie.
Yeah, I think he knows TEs just about better than anyone. ![]()
Tom Brady just threw his agent under the bus , He blames the advice of his agent for the bad moves this could lose both him and Don Yui their jobs . Don Yui could be looking at suspension of his ability to maintain clientele under the NFLPA.
Haha, where'd you get this from? Not that I don't believe you, I just like sources and to read things for myself.
Like I said no one wants a one trick pony. 1st round pick needs to be #1 WR talent, someone you can just throw it up to if you have to, and great physical traits. Torrey's only trait is speed, we saw what happens when we throw it up when most needed and it didn't work out. Don't mean to bash him either. The "most teams" argument means nothing because most teams suck.
As long as that pick is getting production I couldn't care less how many tricks they have.
As Terrell Owens would wimper, "That's my quarter back!"
A great article from Hensley explaining Joe's involvement with the Special Olympics.

Wow, man. Penalties... Flags with no penalty on the play. Jeez...
