  1. I think the fact that Baltimore is clamoring for that star running back now is evidence enough that Dallas was correct in their suspicions that we wanted Elliot in the draft.
  2. What about Arthur Brown? My favorite part was when Bisciotti was like trust me, I know how to run a business and you dont do it by firing people. (I love it because it goes against the mentality of most on this board.)
  3. It just depends on the offers they receive.
  4. I agree with this. Id love Mike Williams, but no way he is making it to us.
  5. Am I the only one that was enjoying Waller starting to get involved later in the season?
  6. Well, I admit I was wrong, after the last game I jumped sides and decided Id want to see him go too. The news this morning is good news, but im not sure who Marty is. The good news is, last time we lost to the Redskins and fired our OC mid-season, we won the Super Bowl. Bad news: I hate to see his daughter go...
  7. With Rex Ryan and Im assuming Pagano is on the hotseat after a slow start, if both were to be fired and are able and willing to join our staff as DC or lower, who would you take? I would have to say Ryan because we already have a great DB coach in Frazier.
  8. He dont make the law, he Justin Forsett! Wish you the best buddy!
  9. I dont know how we are outmatched by the Cowboys. Theyve beaten the Redskins, Bears, and 49ers... Also while the Giants have an impressive team on paper, theyve had a hard time putting it together. They lost to the Redskins and beat 2 horrible defenses in the Saints (barely) and Cowboys (barely). Tonight should be a much better indication of who they are. They have a horrible o line, I wouldnt be surprised if Eli is sacked 8 times, again.
  10. Dropped a TD if I remember right. That may have been the Browns game. Either way he dropped a TD.
  11. Its great to see him on the field! That being said, when do we start to expect more from Perriman? (Im talking about 70+ yard games, touchdowns, and consistently beating his guy on critical plays.) Not trying to jump the gun, but at what point is 1-2 receptions for 35 yards from a 1st round guy going to begin frustrating you? I understand he is coming off injury, but seeing a lot of young guys like Fuller, Coleman, and Shepard putting up good numbers already in their careers is making me itch to see Perriman have the same success.
  12. I think I didnt express what I was trying to say in the best way. What I was trying to imply was Doom said he had a "minor" set back but hasnt practiced in several weeks. Perriman had a minor calf injury and at the time we had no timetable for his return. Nevertheless, I am glad that he is healthy and back on the field today.
  13. Its a fun adventure.
  14. It was stated back around the 3rd preseason game. When he began practicing then had to stop.
  15. Dumervil had a "minor" setback and looks to miss the first quarter of the season. I think our coaches throw around the word minor as loosely as everyone uses the word elite these days.
  16. She's going all Miko Grimes, I see.
  17. Who was their #2?
  18. Create a week 2 playmaker thread. Id do it, but I dont want to steal your thunder. I thought this was a great idea running with the idea that the team is lookingfor playmakers more than ever this year.
  19. Im just glad we get one game without Gordon playing.
  20. Agreed. I feel the focus is on the player rather than why the player is doing the protest.
  21. Sometimes you just gotta let it go
  22. One of our tight ends is going to have a field day. Linebackers are already one of their weaker positions and our speed on the outside should make their secondary remain honest. If we had Pitta on the field, I would say him.
  23. We finally get a little continuity at OC and we want to talk about firing him? I mean if he leads the team to one of our worst statistical seasons, (with a healthy team, yes injuries would give him a pass) then yeah get rid of him. That wont happen though.
  24. Whos the 2nd part of their running game? From what I've been reading, McCoy is going to take the bulk of the load. Tyrod?
  25. Either Bleacher Report or PFF had Stanley rated as one of the top Tackles in the league, not just from rookies.
