  1. If Steve Smith is having success, that means Flacco is having success. At what point does Smith Sr. get the nod over Flacco for CPOY?
  2. Just downloaded it with EA Access. Already not a fan because they use the Steelers vs Cardinals in SB50 for the tutorial. (On the last drive I ran 80 yards backwards to get a safety and make the Steelers lose.) Secondly, Ben is the voice for the set up process. The dynamic catch feature seems meh, I'll need more time with the game to decide if I like it.
  3. Before OTAs, I would have said Pitta is getting PUP'd, but he looks good out there. Someone is getting cut or *hurt* week 10
  4. How's that going to help a pulled hammy or strained calf?
  5. Aiken as well if Smith isn't up to par.
  6. I would really like to think the courts would choose other more important and pressing issues. However, in this day and age I wouldn't be surprised if they are watering at the mouth for this one only because it is high profile.
  7. I've been waiting to hear your analysis Edit: After reading, I tend to agree. I'll wait until at least halfway through the season to rank these guys based on impact. Curious, why do project Z Smith starting over Doom?
  8. There are only a couple of people's opinions that I value from ESPN. SVP and Dan Le Batard's dad (Papi) That article is humorous. I guess he is trying to make a name for himself, going against the grain no matter how wrong he may be. The ole Skip Bayless trick.
  9. Well when you are part of a secondary that includes TM and PP, I can see it.
  10. Called this one back in November, well said it wouldbe a realistic pick up. Regardless, a great addition to the team! Welcome Powers!
  11. I wasn't really impressed by Moore's Rookie training camp highlight on the main site. These shots are more than likely out of chronological order, however, when the coach said keep your hands up on the snap, the next couple of shots his hands were down. On a comeback route he turned way too early and it seemed like forever until the ball got to him. And he had trouble getting off the line on one of the smaller corners. It's EARLY, I know, but not the best showcase of a player in the least.
  12. And I replied that it was a stretch that his swagger would get him penalties. Aggressive nature, yes but not a simple celebration that everyone does after a play. Using that as a reason to why he should be a 2nd round pick is irrelevant because it wasn't a problem in college. I wasn't aware that needed to be detailed either, who would've known, but there ya go! If you would like to continue this discussion further Joey, please feel free to PM me.
  13. No, nice assumption. I see it as exuding an uncanny amount of confidence, mostly in eccentric ways. I would say headbutting players and yip yapping to other players is aggressive. It looked you made the inference that headbutting players was swagger by saying, " And all that swagger you refer to could easily translate to lots of 15 yard pentalties. "
  14. I'll simply agree to disagree because this thread is not about him. Our opinion of what "swagger" is, is definitely not the same.
  15. The first part is quite the exaggeration. I've ready maybe a couple of "playoff" teams have placed a 2nd round grade on him. Perhaps to try and make him fall in the draft? Ramsey has long been the concensus #1 corner, anyone or any team saying otherwise is just being foolish. The swagger to penalty assumption is silly in my opinion and another stretch to try and argue something in your view's favor, even though it's irrelevant. With all that being said, I do agree with the LT and protecting Flacco as being more important.
  16. According to ESPN, not very good. Baltimore ranks a low 27 in this article. They are able to determine this "by adding up the AV differences, or surplus AV, for all players drafted in the fourth round or later from 2006 to 2015, we can determine the teams that have been best and worst at finding late-round gems during the past decade." The AV number is explained in the article. http://espn.go.com/nfl/draft2016/story/_/id/15304231/green-bay-packers-seattle-seahawks-best-worst-nfl-teams-finding-late-round-steals?ex_cid=espnfb
  17. "We could have gotten a 3rd rounder for Dumervil!"
  18. I agree Cincinnati is the team to beat, but if the Steelers are as well... wouldn't we be the team to beat too? We did sweep them and beat them in the playoffs. If you gotta beat the man to be the man, by your logic we should be the man. (At least replacing the Steelers. The Bengals are another story.)
  19. Hearing all of these good grades and how well we drafted in the late rounds has me cautiously optimistic of our future.
  20. I think Reynolds is one Campanaro injury away from being on the roster, and let's face it, that's pretty likely.
  21. Or maybe they didn't want to draft a guy so high (no pun intended) that hasn't completed a full season of football yet.
  22. youre sleeping for 15+ hours?
