What an odd play.

Tucker time coming up it would seem.

I'm not used to all of this positive yardage on the ground.

I thought that play was DOA and I was about to get mad.

I wish they would do more dump offs on first down. They might actually get a yard or three and then third down might no be so far.

In Wrights case, just being noticeably close to his guy is good coverage. The throw was what we should really praise though.

All of that practice going for it on two point conversion and fourth down finally paid off.

They just lapped the Steelers in points.

They really should get into the endzone with that field position, but I'll take a fg.

With that many screwups the game is well within reach. If they even play mediocre offensively, they should win... provided the defense remains stout.

A turnover would be huge, but I feel like the risks outweigh the rewards. This defense is very vulnerable to big plays when Jimmy doesn't play and there is the ever present threat of DPI even if Pitts playmaker don't catch the ball, which they are pretty good at doing.

I feel like Pitta should have caught that touchdown which would have given the Ravens the lead. The run defense still scares me though.

I wonder if the Kubiac might have been the real problem... My thinking is that Mike Shanahan might have been available that year and.. well it doesn't matter now.

 That poor Oline is so over-matched on run plays... well and passing plays sometimes too.

There is still hope though.

He hasn't really played badly... yet. He threw well enough for the Ravens to have taken the lead with a td  and that last drive was ended by the lack of blocking.
