Wonderlick scores of offensive linemen in draft. So Tunsil was the lowest of all the highly rated o-linemen in draft. Not a good sign.
Laremy Tunsil – Ole Miss – 15 of 50
Ronnie Stanley – Notre Dame – 27 of 50
Jack Conklin – Michigan State – 29 of 50
Taylor Decker – Ohio State – 36 of 50
German Ifedi – Texas A&M – 27 of 50
LeRaven Clark – Texas Tech – 18 of 50
Brandon Shell – South Carolina – 17 of 50
Graham Glascow – Michigan – 34 of 50
Reese Odhiambo – Boise State – 27 of 50
Christian Westerman – Arizona State – 16 of 50
Caleb Benenoch – UCLA – 27 of 50
Joe Thuney – North Carolina State – 39 of 50
Ryan Kelly – Alabama – 29 of 50
I think we have a very easy schedule. That being said the team is going to be pretty bad. The offensive line we subtracted Osemele and added Stanley. I would say that is a negative. We lost two starting linebackers who haven't been replaced. Flacco is coming off an injury. Our other best players Yanda, Suggs, Smith, and Dumervil are old and getting older.
4-12.

Seems he tried to move to linebacker in his junior year and didn't do well. Another thing to consider he is 24 so he was playing against much younger players.
He looks pretty good in his highlight film.
1 minute ago, Static said:smaller comming out , so is Lenoard Floyd , Randy Gregory was small etc etc.
So was Arthur Brown. Just watched Von Miller's college highlights no comparison to Correa. Miller seems explosively fast in college.
He looks small to me. I would have taken Spence.

we need some dogs i n our house
if anybody is happy with the way our draft is going so far
then shame on you,
reading up on him now he is, meh ok
what you all have to ask yourselves
was it worth it
who will we get with those extra picks
How are all those guys are going to be able to make the team anyway.
1 minute ago, BBoogieMan said:Ditto...some of the comments on here are like their lives, homes, health, careers, etc...depend on it.
Take a deep breath, woo-sah some of them, geez! lol
Yeah most likely we will be back in around the same spot next year and Ozzie can try and get it right thenr.
8 minutes ago, Cville-Raven said:okay ozzie bundle all of them picks and get us back into the second
If that was the goal why not pick someone else at 42 as none of the mock drafts I saw had Correa before 59. Seems he could have been had later if there plan was to get back into the second.

One can hope.
3 minutes ago, Edug27 said:It's pretty safe to say Ozzie is not going to draft any player with injury or off field concerns ... Jack, Tunsil, Spence.. Doubt Ozzie has much interest in these guys.
Maybe that is why they keep trading back. Everyone has injury problems or off-field concerns.
Maybe we trade back again for more fourth round picks. If we pick Alexander I am going to lose it.
2 minutes ago, Gordo52 said:I've always deferred to trusting Ozzie. The he can't do no wrong is pretty annoying though.
He lost the trust Ozzie stuff when his first picks in drafts are Upshaw, Kindle, and Elam.
3 minutes ago, VeiledPsychosis said:So many armchair GMs in here, have trust in our ACTUAL GM
Everytime Ozzie trades back around here he gets bad players like Upshaw and Kindle.
4 minutes ago, chunkywill25 said:Wow we traded down to 42
Someone fire Ozzie and company now.
Ozzie and company have no clue. WHo cares about a fifth round pick? They already have 3 picks right before the Jacksonville pick. Should have gotten Myles Jack.
Hopefully we don't take Alexender. Undersized CB with zero interceptions.
According to the charts to trade up from 6th pick to 4th pick we would have to throw in the 78th pick. Our 70th pick would have excess value so they would need to throw in their early 5th round pick to make the deal happen.

Try an be optimistic all you want, he wasn't best pick available, not even best pick at the position! We should have rolled the dice on Jack or Shaq Lawson. How is anybody happy right now with this pick??
I don't think this is a safe pick at all. Look at muscle definition of his arms and then compare them to Tunsil. It is a question to me whether he is strong enough to handle NFL players. And people say he isn't good at run blocking. Why take a guy at #6 who isn't a great player. Seems like Ozzie just picked the best left tackle not named Tunsil and to hell with the Best Player Available.
4 minutes ago, RaineV1 said:The reaction to Stanley reminds me of people's reactions to Mosley. A ton of people complained when Mosley got picked, and he's gone on to be a great player. i think the same thing happens here with Stanley.
Mosley can't cover to save his life.
4 minutes ago, RaineV1 said:Jack had huge concerns over his knee and Tunsil can't finish a season healthy. Stanley was the best and safest pick there.
Come on if you knew that 2 QB's and a Running Back were selected before the Ravens picked at 6th you would expected someone better than Stanley.

Jack would have been the perfect dream pick. I understand Tunsil's situation, but I personally hate the fact that such a talented kid such as Jack now has to suffer.
Yeah. No way Stanley was best player available. So I guess Ozzie can retire that BS about always taking BPA.
6 minutes ago, GrimCoconut said:LOL at all those people who said Stanley sucked.
Why LOL at them? LOL at Ozzie and company for picking him.
2 hours ago, JO_75 said:This is on Will, yeah I think the FO could have waited until his suspension was announced but you can't blame Ozzie and the FO for something out of their control. Hill has been in the league long enough to know he will be tested randomly. Shame, was looking forward to our new look secondary with the addition of Weddle.
The only thing that I don't get is that Nick Boyle got suspended 10 games and he wasn't cut. Hill suspended 10 games and he's cut?
Nick Boyle's salary cap hit is 566k. And he has two more years of cheap contracts after this year. That is why he is still on the team.
